    I take the skyway to the Metro Transit kiosk. The security team are very nice. I have been exploring the skyway since I moved to Minnesota

    I called customer service twice. They seem very well informed and they solved my issues well enough, but they are not at all pleasant to speak with.
    I felt like I was back in my elementary school scared of the lunchroom lady.
