I have been frequenting this store for years, and I have to say, they have been pretty good to me. But all that changed today when I went to get a gallon of white exterior paint. I was asked if I wanted it on my account, and I said I’d use a credit card. Now mind you, I’m a contractor, so I want the contractor price. When this gallon of paint came to $72 dollars, I said “wow, is that the best you can do?” At which point the manager (I assume) came out and said “that’s it, I’m tired of your complaining about the price every time you come in here”. I said “I don’t complain every time, just when I’m appalled at the prices”. She said “nope, you do it every time and now you have to shop somewhere else”. I said”what, Your banning me from this store because I questioned the price of a gallon of paint?” She said “you do it every time”. I said “that’s not true, I buy a lot of paint from you”. She said no you don’t, leave or I’m calling the cops. I said “you can’t do that”. She said yes I can, and she had another clerk agreeing with her. So as I went out the door, she followed me and with her phone proceeded to say my license plate number into her phone. I told her, I’d wait for the cops and did, but when they didn’t show up after 10 minutes I left. I’m angry as hell now. All I did was question the price of a gallon of paint and I get a lifetime ban from this paint store? I’m not taking this well. She was beyond RUDE and this is no way to treat a long time 40+ year client. This woman should be fired.

One of the best SW I've ever been in. The staff here is always attentive to anyone waiting in line and faster than any paint store around. I don't know her name but the female manager is A+ and gives great advice

Not very welcoming but they had what I came for. They were very friendly to the make customers who all seemed to be picking up paint. I was just there to get ideas & purchase perk & stick samples. Dong know that I'll return especially since I understand Lowe's also carries SW paints & is having a sale. So much for trying to support my local store & avoid the big box ones. I'll f/u on who has the best price.

I worked with a color specialist and feel very confident about my color selection. My project is very complex and I needed someone with an extra level of understanding of color that I was struggling with and he really picked just the right color and then provided me with an entity new palette since I went in a different direction than I originally thought.

this place is the worst sherwin Williams Ive been to. incredibly disappointing. arrived 15 minutes before close and got essentially kicked out by the rude behind the counter worker who recursed to help me since it was close to closing time. choose a different store

Overall I have no problem with Sherwin William's products, I consider the paint and products sold to be the best in the industry. The store is great, the employees I worked with are absolutely outstanding, kudos to the employees for their knowledge and professionalism.Watch out for a surcharge.
