I have had the pleasure of working with Josh on numerous transactions over the previous 3 years initially as a seller and subsequently as a buyer in April 2021 and now again in September of 2024. Josh is the most thorough, punctual, and professional agent that you could possibly ask for. The best part is that Josh works with you to see that your thoughts and ideas are incorporated into the process and not only is he 100% willing to support your ideas with his input, you can also be assured that your cost to sell through him is a flat fee not a sliding percentage. As a buyer utilizing Josh as your representtive you are issued a rebate based on the percentage of the commission he is paid as the buyer's representative. I highly recommend Joshua Kirchert for all of your real estate needs whether it be for selling a million dollar home for a flat fee or as representation when planning to purchase a new build through a sales center of a national builder.

Had a horrible experience, selling my house with shift realtors or shift to sell. My agent or realtor Bruce Lewis lied to me again and again, and I’ve proved him wrong again and again he tells you what he thinks is the laws are, again he doesn’t even know the laws. an open house when there wasn’t supposed to be anybody at my house we had to tell him how to do his job and pretty much had to do it for him. Luckily, I had a friend who knows about the real estate business and I’m glad I did because I would’ve gotten walked on by shift realtor and there title company all I can say is it was the worst experience I have ever with a realtor and title company BEWARE OF SHIFT REAL ESTATE RUN AWAY !!!!

Our realtor Bruce was fantastic. Bruce was extremely attentive and responsive. Bruce sold my house before it hit the market for $30K over list. I saved $1000s by using shift compared to what the realtor I used in the past would have cost me. There was a bit of a lack of diligence and some minimalism from my Shift agents but with a flat rate system they have no incentive to go above and beyond so it's what I expected, it felt like a canned experience. Ultimately I just needed my house on the MLS because the market was an unprecedentedly hot sellers market and I knew buyers would pour in, and they did. For the type of market I was selling in Shift worked out great for me because they were so cheap and the 5 star service I sacrificed by not using my more expensive rockstar agent I used in a prior transaction didn't end up hurting my bottom line. Shift is great in a hot sellers market, if it's a buyers market I'd pay up for a tried and true agent.

Shift real estate is a game changer! We were so impressed with the service we received and still can’t believe we were only charged a flat fee. Everything was detailed perfectly especially our home pictures. Our home sold within a day of it being listed as “coming soon” and I truly think that’s because of the pictures we had done and our amazing realtor. We would highly recommend Shift real estate to friends and family!
