Recently had the pleasure of working with a new guy named Aj, he was super chill and seemed to know all the answers to my questions. Very welcoming place with in my opinion pretty cheap rates. Highly Recommend 👍🏽

Great storage center. Had no issues setting it up. Place seems very secure. And the lady that works there is so nice and helpful. I had not one issue the entire time I had a unit. 5 stars.

The latch on the door to the unit we rented is broken, we are unable to lock the unit which means we can’t use it. Emailed and called, no response. We have been there twice and nobody has been in the office.

manager Nae was the most sweet and helpful women even after i gave my bad review she was still 100 percent helpful and boy i felt like a jerk,her customer service was the greatest.

All of my stuff was ripped off, stolen! do not use this facility if you want to keep your stuff. Not secure, poorly managed , rude manager when I discovered my locker was broken into and everthing gone. beware!

Nea is Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. When our unit got broken into, management never notified us in any way, and when we came in to grab some things we found out our unit had been robbed. They refused to take responsibility for not letting us know, all they did was put a new lock on the unit and called that a day. Never thought to notify us our items had been stolen? Our memories and keepsakes were stolen and she offered us no assistance or sympathy. Warning: cameras won't catch anything, and NEA nor management care to help you in a time of need. Do not rent from istorage!!

I wish I could rate this place a zero! Our unit got broken into and the property manager didn't do anything about it. She lied and said she tried to contact us. She didnt even report it in the system she just ignored what happen and put different locks on our unit and said it's not her fault and to file a claim.

Do not rent from iStorage Vadnais Heights - almost all of our over 110 items were stolen! We were never informed of the theft (when they replaced our secure lock with theirs) - they did not have the right unit number for us on our contract - no working security cameras - an admission that there had been no onsite employee for the past 6 months (other then the new employee who offered no apology or assistance looking for records and was extremely hostile when we asked about them) - and an admission that homeless people live on the property and there are broken fences in three places. We believe this is breach of contract.
Last, change your review settings from lowest to highest to see all the other problems with this site. DO NOT RENT HERE AND TAKE YOUR BELONGINGS NOW WHILE YOU CAN!

Our storage unit was broken into and everything stolen. Family heirlooms and things of high sentimental value that can never be replaced. We couldn’t even access the unit because the lock was broken off and had been replaced by the facility and yet we were never notified!!! The worker admitted that homeless people are living on the property, security cameras don’t work and the fencing around the perimeter is broken. Property management has been unhelpful, rude and never offered apology. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!
