This is the worst speedway I’ve ever been to. The older blonde lady that works in the mornings is so rude and has horrible attitude. She’s not very friendly either. And Derek (however you spell his name) the manager is just as rude as well. If youre not a person that can smile and say hello without having an attitude or giving someone dirty looks then working at a gas station isn’t for you!! On top of the crappy customer service they are always out of half of everything. I’d drive the extra 2-3 min to Kwik Trip.

I used to come here almost every morning, it was a great store until the new older women with blond hair and very heavy black eye makeup started working there, she is so rude ! she has been rude to me and other customers, I will be a customer when she is no longer working there. I will just go to Kwik Trip.

The old lady manager (Sam or Zam who she is not even willing to tell) attitude is way out the roof, the owner needs to fix it, I will be back again in 7 days time and see if there's improvement! We don't want to be disrespected!!!

So I arrive at their gas station and I’m trying to get gas, and I tried pushing a nozzle Button for 87 And I forgot to first swipe my card. So I tried swiping/Tapping My card it prompts me for my pin, which I try putting in, but it Wouldn’t register me pressing the enter button. So I go in and I try to ask cashier for help with his music blurring at the register. I ask if he could cancel my transaction on 11 and states there’s nothing on it. I tried telling him that the screen kept saying that it was waiting on cashier authorization He says it’s a prepaid only which I get. So I try explaining the other problem but Before I can get into the issue, I’m having, he keeps saying it’s pre-pay only. I’m getting a bit upset with his lackadaisical Attitude and then he states that I’m getting upset because he’s telling me I’m doing something wrong, which is not what I’m actually getting upset about, So I just decided to just go the Quiktrip near near my house, even though I had an errand In this area. On my way out the door he says I must’ve had a bad day or something because I got an attitude and He’s got no time for that. don’t know the cashiers name as I left because it just wasn’t worth my time explaining my problem to him since he clearly is treating that place like his place or something. Complete unprofessional Behavior. I won’t be going here again

I live right next to this gas station so I am there almost every day. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always have great $1 deals.

Worst service had a ten dollar lottery ticket and the kid behind the counter said he did not want to cash it because he changing out his drawer soon, and was as rude as hell about it
