One person in line as I was walking up to the counter. He was done and left there and the clerk just walks off and starts doing something by the hot foods. All I wanted was gas. I went and spent my money at Holiday. And I'll never come to this location again.

I've been shopping at speedway since long before. It was Super America. I would call myself a lifer but I think today I'm done with speedway for good. I found myself in a very stressful situation at this particular speedway and what I got back was awful. Not talking about the stab I'm talking about the manager giving out wrong information to people having zero empathy. They just don't care and they should care about the customers, the bread and butter. I understand it's difficult and stressful job and deal with all kinds of customers. Crazy customers I rate customers but if you were even just a little bit nice to people you might find that they would be nice back to you. Hello holiday!

I’m the GM at the hotel next door, and my family and I just relocated here from St. Louis. My daughters are with their father during the school year, and they came to visit me today. This was only the second time since our arrival that they’ve come to the hotel.
While walking to the store, they were approached by a young man who told them to “get out, they steal!” My daughters are scholars, and they have never stolen anything. They are not from this area and do not frequent it.
I requested the management’s email or phone number, but the staff acted as if they couldn’t find it and refused to provide it. Before approaching anyone—especially children—you should verify your information.
I take pride in raising beautiful young women of God, and I do not play when it comes to them. I absolutely expect someone from management to contact me ASAP

The man working the Night Shift refused to let me use the.bathroom saying “the bathroom s are closed after 10” to me it seems hes lazy and doesn’t want to clean the restroom or something but since when do they close the bathroom that’s super selfish to people with bladder issues

They are constantly closing the store during night hours and playing on their phones. When I have a DoorDash it will be on the counter and they will not let me in to grab it because they are “changing shifts” it’s clearly management letting them get away with this and as of writing this, they are doing the same thing, not letting anyone in and locking the doors to be on their phones.

Be aware, the gas pump over charged me when purchasing by card. Today 7/13/25 I put $40 of gas and they over charged me 3 times the amount, $125 in the bank. I went back to the store and the employee stated that “it always happens” and “the money will go back with a bit of time.” Hopefully they refund my $85.
