I truly appreciate this experience beyond the surface level service I received. Far from basic, Andre your (forgive me if I'm not getting your name correct) genuine interaction and assistance was phenomenal and I truly value that. As a consumer we always have a choice on where and what we spend our snaps on, however energy is my most valuable currency and so I exchange it very intentionally and you exceeded my imaginary expectations, and definitely made me feel heard understood and were considerate of my unique circumstances. Thank you for that it's priceless.

Ryan did everything he could to help me when I needed to replace my phone unexpectedly. I particularly appreciated Ryan's willingness to share his own android and smart watch experiences and his expertise in making my phone use better.All of the staff that I met were happy to share their expertise.I am an infrequent visitor to T-Mobile stores, but this is definitely the place I choose to go.

Disappointed because I called ahead to check a question first and was told they would easily help. When I went in, not only didn't they help, but it was 25min of "my work pad is slow" that eventually led to me being at square one with no help. Ultimately I suggest just using customer service online. This store is sus af.

The sales person thought of everything. It will take awhile but worth it for they are awsome and takes care of things you don't even think of.

If I could give a zero I would, they have terrible customer service. They did not greet me when I entered the store, which was the least they could do. All the employees looked up but say nothing while working with other customers. GOOD help does not exist and to think they get a small commission for accessory sales. They all should be broke for the lack of customer service and rude behavior.

I went in there to get my voicemail fixed because I have not been working since August and the guy that helped me was very nice and very helpful and very patient with the 611 T-Mobile people he got the job done by the time I left spending probably 45 minutes with me such a wonderful person

Bad customer service . Most employees are African-American if you are from different race they treat you different that’s mean NOT with Respect.

On Sep. 28, 2023 my less-than-technical-wizard mate needed help with her iphone. She had adopted it from her daughter and it still had her daughter's id, data, etc., on it.Brandon, a store employee, spent over an hour working with her and her phone, explaining what he was doing along the way.He was perfect for the job - cordial, funny, intelligent, experienced and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with him.Your store should be very thankful you have such a great employee as Brandon. Thanks for your help, Brandon.Pete and Vicki

After a lot of wasted time/calls/money with poor communication from T-mobile internet & phone, I gave up on T-mobile & returned my router to this store. Justin was exceptional. Knowledge, kind, thorough, patient & proactive. Truly excellent service. Unfortunately it is by chance that he works for T-mobile, since it his professionalism & chosen disposition that led to my positive experience — not anything that specifically T-mobile actually nurtures & supports with their business practices. I am grateful for people like him who do their work well. It allows out energy to go toward more life giving tasks. Please do better to support these kinds of people in sales/service over the phone too!

It was ok, the dude help and he wasn't confused like the t-moble store in the Rosedale mall. The only problem with this store is that I come in to pay my bill and I have to wait a half an hour or more.

Satisfaction guaranteed!My phone was dead - R.I.P. ? I needed a new one that day and I am admittedly wildly inept at nearly all things technology related. Sean walked me through several options based on my priorities and after all was said and done, I not only left with a phone that fit my needs and budget, I had a ball doing it!
