Summit Lookout Park is a hidden gem and a very cool spot, especially at night for viewing the lights of St. Paul. It offers a beautiful and great overlook of the city and up the Mississippi River. The small park has an intimate atmosphere, is very well maintained and clean, and provides several spots to sit with lots of benches. It is a perfect spot for eating a picnic, walking, or riding a bike. The park is surrounded by the unique history of St. Paul, including old and intriguing haunted mansions, making it a great starting point for a tour. The lovely, affluent neighborhood nearby is also enjoyable for a walk. Note that there are no bathrooms nearby.

Very nice for yoga and meditation albeit the pack is quite small therefore nothing much to do

Love this spot along my bike path. Several spots to sit and the overall view towards W St. Paul and up the Mississippi River are a bonus.
