Sunrise Bank is the only account in my credit file to not report to the 3 major credit bureaus consistently. I have had an open loan since August of 2022 with 100 percent on time payments. Here it is almost May of 2023 and all 3 bureaus are showing a last report date of Jan 23rd 2023. In this day in age when all reporting is done electronically, there is no reason for such delay. A Bank of all places should know the importance of consistent reporting. For those who monitor your credit closely, beware of this.

Have had nothing but problems while preparing to sell my property I took a loan with sunrise. I knew it would take time but it's the service, I get brushed off and lied to. Told things are happening then kept in the dark until I call and email multiple times a week to get a reply even. I chose to work with a local bank because I thought the service would be better than a national bank. I was greatly mistaken and would advise to try any other financial institution other than sunrise as long as they have the same people in charge.

I did business at sunrise bank in Saint Anthony this morning they did an awesome job. I needed another Transaction so I stopped at the University location in Saint Paul Minnesota. I pulled in the drive-through part of the bank. The gentleman at the window never acknowledge my presence. There were several other customer service employees present. If they were that busy they should have asked me if I could wait one minute. There were no other cars in the drive so at that time .So I pulled away to carry on with my day. The cash machine in the parking lot was out of service as well. So if I want cash I will have to go Somewhere else to another cash machine and be charged a fee. I am writing this review because of the Continue BAD service I have received at sunrise bank on University Avenue. I have family members that have bank at this location Through Numerous name changes, Since the 1970s.Signed Disappointment customer! ?

Run from this bank. Nice employees, they care, but this establishment has done nothing for me but house my money. I couldn’t be approved for a loan, I couldn’t be approved for their credit rebuilding program. My credit score is less than ideal, that’s on me, however I never felt there was anyone who could actually provide, walk the talk, guidance in becoming more financially healthy. My online balancing confused me endlessly; it is always a gamble knowing what transactions are actually posted or pending. I could never rely on what was shown. The amount of times my stomach drops seeing less money than I knew I was mentally budgeting for. *I am not this careless* (I called for clarification and an employee admitted their online balancing is disappointing to other customers as well). I don’t know what’s up, but keep walking. If I could throws $#%! words, I would.

I've had an account with them for a little over a year. I love that they're a certified B corp and participate in the local communities, HOWEVER, trying to get ahold of someone on the phone is basically impossible. The website doesn't provide direct numbers to each branch and the general number it does give you puts you on hold FOREVER if you have a generic question. Every time I've had to interact with someone in a branch, they've been rude and unhelpful as well. I'll be keeping my account for the time being, but am already beginning the search for a new bank.

Terrible banking practices. I had an expired card and was given a new card. I was told there would be $4.95 taken out of my account for a fee on account of getting a new card. All I had to do was call and they would reimburse me the money since it was an expired card. I called and the customer service was terrible. I talked to a Dianna who was extremely unprofessional and did not take my concerns serious at all. Do not use this card if you can help it, ridiculous that I have to pay to get a new card to replace an expired card.

Avoid at all cost! We have a small business loan with them. The amount of work we have to put in to work with them is ridiculous. Very unprofessional and disorganized. Their work flow is a complete mess. There is no consistency or clarity during communication. Nobody seems to know anything there. As a customer, we felt like we are just a ball that gets kicking around, even for the smallest question.Online banking does not exist (even though they will tell you it works, but after 2 months of investigation they will tell you sorry it actually doesn't work: you are stuck with paper statement every month) Also, this bank will pull your credit without authorization. We already filed a dispute and will involve lawyers if needed.

I have been a customer for forty years and have never looked back. This is a friendly home town bank that does their job very well. My son has lived out of state for 10 years and has retained Sunrise Bank as his primary bank, enough said !!

Sunrise Bank is a amazing Bank; Ive Bank with them for over 10 years straight. I have referred and had a couple of associates open their accounts there aswell. I am so happy at all the things this Banks does for the everyday people.
