The people are thieves, especially the chubby Indian guy with the the name tag "Ali" I doubt that's his real name since the other skinny Indian guy who is darker wears the same name tag. There's a shelter closed by (Union mission gospel) and the chubby Indian guy takes advantage of the homeless and drug users. He robs them all. You give him a high bill to pay for something and he'll charge you more if you are not aware.
