I'd been donating to them automatically for years when I realized I'd never heard from them. Sure, I don't want constant emails or letters, but a yearly update on what they're working on would be nice. But nothing - they made no effort to let me know what they were working on.
So, I decided to stop my donation, as I want to know what is being done with my money. I went to their website, where they lack any kind of donation manager. So I contacted them using the contact information on their website. Also nothing, no response, even though I specifically said I'd have to ask my bank to stop payment if they didn't respond.
As a result, yep, I had to go through the stop payment process. I definitely recommend not donating to them until they become more transparent as well as demonstrate that they will respond when contacted... through the contact information that they provide on their own website.
