Rude customer service lady this morning. I am rethinking shopping at this particular Target. I have had a better experience at Midway Target. I pulled up to pickup an order I placed online. She came up to the car with a loud and annoyed tone and asked for my code. I told her I would come in instead hoping that someone else would take care of me. When I came in the same woman had gotten into an argument with an an elderly male customer about the same attitude she was giving me at the pickup area. We both agreed and told her if she didn’t like her job that she should leave it and let someone else have it who does. I picked up my package and left after that.
Update:I came back to this same Target today and got a different person, an AA woman who wears glasses, at the order pickup counter. I said hello to her and she did not respond. After about 2 minutes she asked me for my pickup code. No “ Hello” back. No, “how can I help you?”, just the pick up code. At first I was not sure what was going on because she did not acknowledge me or respond. I told her, as well about her rudeness and she proceeded to argue with me that she was not being rude when clearly she was. Picked up my order once again and left. Outrageous that these folks are employed in customer service. This seems to be the culture at this Target store and maybe others who knows.I refuse to spend my money somewhere that treat its customers this way. I will not be using them again!

Not a whole Target. It's like a convenience store version of a Target. They have essentials only and low variety. It does, however, have gluten free options, a pharmacy, and a surprisingly large refrigerated foods section. I gave 3 stars because I was expecting a traditionally sized store based on Google search results and maps for GPS. I asked the cashier what this lilltle Target was called, and she said, "Target Express", and I think it should be labeled as such in Google to avoid confusion.

Love this target but every single time I stop I get hit up for spare change from the bums out front. Of people would stop giving them change they would move on.

Tried to make an appointment for a vaccine at the pharmacy. Once he saw that I don't fill my meds there, the pharmacists told me to just come in tomorrow for a walk in. I did, and once I checked in at the register, he told me they're too busy and I should make an appointment. I explained that I tried to do that and was told to just come in. He said that they can't give me a vaccine, and I should make an appointment. Wasted my time driving there. If they're understaffed, they need to fix that and do better. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

Theft here is rampant. The bus stop outside emboldens thieves by providing a getaway. I don’t know the answer, but it’s only getting worse. I feel terrible for the employees who are subjected to watching it throughout their day. Something must be done soon or close it like they should have done after the riots to the now barren University location.

Usually I have a good shopping experience at this particular Target and like it cuz it's smaller but today during my second trip to Target I was standing in line preferring to use a self-checkout and this guy started poking me in my side because I wouldn't use the normal check out some other customer Target didn't do anything about that I felt like I was assaulted and Target wouldn't do anything about it I yelled and swore at the guy and Target took his side

I know better than to tell the whole company based on indirect experience that could potentially be exacerbated by this particular location was a bit exhausting in their attempts to harass me out of the door only seconds after they let me in, and I believe that there is a time and a place to complain about such an event, but I don’t know how to let the company understand that they are costing customers potentially in the long run. Tell them that they can’t allow another few minutes for a person to grab three more items. And instead intend to protect their perceived time so rudely if they needed to be out of the door to go home at 10 o’clock exactly then they should probably discuss closing time. We understand that people are going to understand that, and value their time and want to have consideration of their customers needs, which I would appreciate greatly as a customer who victim to the lost awareness of time. Why do I need to be pushed out of the door without consideration or validation from my experience I have, wanted to protect my own energies, but I don’t harass the customers because my work time is valued

I recently visited the Target off of Ford Parkway in St. Paul, and it’s always a good trip. This is a small format store, but the employees do a great job at keeping the shelves stocked.
The parking lot can be very busy at times since it’s somewhat small and there are some popular businesses nearby, but I still enjoy stopping into this location. While the employees don’t always look the friendliest, they make sure you’re taken care of the right way.
Overall, it's a reliable and well-maintained store that provides a good shopping experience. I definitely recommend it for quick and convenient shopping.

This Target is sort of a teenage sized Target. They have most of the essentials, as well as a grocery section with fresh produce. Nice employees and store is always clean. The only thing that is kind of annoying is that most of their toiletries are locked up. It is connected to a Starbucks so you can order a drink then go shopping!

Girl who works the register often is very unpleasant and rude every single time. She does it to every customer along with her fellow employees it seems like. Just use the self checkout and save yourself from the attitude.

I want to thank you for allowing people with various needs and disabilities to work here. I love its inclusion. However, I suggest having staff available nearby to provide help when needed, as some impatient customers can be rude. Also, consider organizing the space so that workers can help each other, which would make the wait faster and less stressful for everyone."

Let me start off by saying this has nothing to do with the staff. The biggest con is the location. It’s VERY small for a target and is in a very congested area of the city meaning it’s very hard to get in and out of the parking lot (which is also small).Theft is pretty commonplace here too. I’ve seen multiple people just walk out the front door with items. The only reason I would come here is if I needed a small essential like toothpaste or paper towels.
