What can I say, Mike Hultquist was absolutely amazing helping us to get our dream retirement property.
My wife and I have been talking about moving into Pine County for the last five years, we’ve looked and researched extensively.
Never really finding the place that checked the boxes that was important to us. There’s been some close calls and near misses., but there was always something that held us back about what we saw.
We saw this property when the listing was only an hour old.
Mike responded almost immediately from our inquiry through the website.
We were able to go see the property the same day.
Mike was gracious enough to meet us there at the time we had agreed, even though we knew there would be a lot of interest. There was at least five showings that day and several more scheduled over the next day and a half.
We were the second to last showing and wanted to put an offer in however, it was getting late in the day and I could tell Mike was exhausted from all the showings. He said he was an early riser and to reach out to him in the morning.
This is the amazing part. I texted Mike in the morning and he responded in five minutes and we started the process. All the paperwork was completed and done and an offer in front of the seller by 12 noon that day.
Within 30 minutes we had received news our offer was accepted.
Mike was very gracious and helpful throughout the whole process answering all our questions.
We’ve never owned property in a rural setting before, and it was a little daunting, but he settled our nerves with all his answers and reassurance.

Very hard to deal with didn’t communicate well with my realtor, I put a offer on a house and they didn’t give it to the seller until a week later.. and of course in that time other offers were put on the house. When I originally put an offer on the house there were no other offers at that time. Would not recommend to deal with.

hard to look at land when the realtor will not call u back........ever ..im calling the owner of the property and telling them to fire these guys

I worked with Jim and Mark from the beginning selling my hunting land. Before even visiting my land, Mark had done a great amount of research, knew the history of the land well, and helped create a great marketing plan with quality, prime interest pictures to help a prospective buyer understand the land before any showing.
