This place has someone who doesn't even know the services that the shop performs... He called me up at 8am Saturday and informed me that they don't do Uber/Lyft inspections so he was canceling my appointment for 11am.... then he called me an hour later to tell me what I already knew... turns out they do rideshare inspections and rescheduled me for 1pm.. it wasn't that easy for me 2 get there at 1pm so I was late.... this so called manager that didn't know his head from his u know what stood there and told me he could get me in tomorrow and so I walked out and I'm in the parking lot writing this very unimpressive review.. kinda sux because I have a very good friend that works there.. if I could give no stars I would... sorry man...I took some pics because I was out there a while and they are definitely not very busy.. hmmm..Go figure...

The customer service here is by far the worst I've had in any tire shop. I bought 4 tires just a few months ago and got a flat recently. It is beyond repair and I figured I would go back to tires plus to get the exact tire. Took my care there and found it had a problem with the axle and had to have it towed to a mechanic (the tire was not replaced). After speaking with a mechanic and sorting that out I figured I'd call them back as the mechanic was having a hard time finding my tire. Spoke to them twice on the phone to ask about the tire replacement and both times they were very rude and condescending. It's almost like paying customers are a burden to them. I will be looking for a different place to take my business to. There was one rep there who was nice the first time around for what that's worth. I believe the person who I spoke to who was rude is named Ben.

Don’t bring your car there. They will fix something and break all other things and make you spend a lot of money. Worst place ever.

Went in for an oil change and issue with a turn signal. I was able to get in quickly and, as always, was treated well. They addressed all of my issues and even offered a discount that I hadn't noticed. Great location to be able to walk and grab coffee or food while waiting for the work to get done.

I came in at around 3pm as they were cleaning to go home and they still helped me out with my tire. I had to come back and pick my tire up the next morning before work they had my tire done by 7:45 they were awesome. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

My expectation for a straightforward experience with Tires Plus quickly turned into a tale of confusion and frustration. I called a nearby Tires Plus location, hoping to secure an appointment for their tire service and to purchase Surefire tires at a competitive rate. A woman from Tires Plus answered the call, added my vehicle to their system, confirmed the tires’ availability, and scheduled our service. Shortly after, I received a confirmation email along with a reservation number for the appointment.To accommodate the appointment, my wife and I adjusted our infants nap schedule to align with the car drop-off time, after which we planned to continue our routine on Sunday.Upon arrival, and despite having both a confirmation email and reservation number, the location had no record of our booking. Thinking there might have been a mix-up, I drove to another nearby store, with my wife and son following in our second car. To our dismay, the situation was the same: no record of our appointment and our vehicle not in their system.The ensuing confusion was exacerbated by the lack of customer service at both locations. Their proposed solution? A casual suggestion to return on Wednesday — hardly a solution given the circumstances, which forced us to drive on a spare tire for several days. I had anticipated a smoother process for such a straightforward service.In search of resolution, I reached out to their phone-based customer service, which only added to my disappointment. Despite outlining my concerns, their promised callback within two business days never materialized. If I hadn’t called back, I might never have received a call. My persistence led to a conversation with Jonathan, an upper management supervisor. While he tried to assist, the price he quoted was not only higher than my initial estimate but also exceeded the prices listed on their website. Now, I’m awaiting a discussion with Susan in another two business days to reconcile the difference between Jonathan’s quote and my initial price, given Jonathan’s inability to adjust it. Sadly, it’s Thursday and I may not receive a call until Monday, which after my current appointment.So, I asked Jonathan if I were not to speak with Susan and show up at Tires Plus with both the quote he provided and my initial quote, would I have to ask the store for a price adjustment? He confirmed that I would and that payment would be at their discretion.My initial objective was uncomplicated: to service both my vehicles at Tires Plus. Yet, with every obstacle encountered, I question that decision. I sincerely hope Tires Plus takes this feedback seriously, revamping both their service and communication standards.

Everytime I schedule an oil change at this location I show up at the scheduled time and every time they say oh i don't see you in the system and have to reschedule for a different time this is the second time this has happened yesterday it was scheduled with Leon I believe he the owner/manager and he scheduled it for today at 3pm however I show up and they say again I don't see you scheduled in the system we can schedule you for tomorrow unprofessional when I had to get a new tire I had an oil change previous to getting a new tire the girl that did the oil change said my tire would not hold air but was holding air just fine before she touched it the day of getting a new tire I they assured me they had the tire I wanted but when I got there it was oh we don't have it you can wait until we get it which I couldn't because my tire wasn't holding air so I had to get a lesser tire it's frustrating I won't be back!!!!

Yesterday I spent almost 2,000 dollars on 4 rotors pads and 2 allegedly seized rear break calipers. My total for cost of service 1,842.79 after I left my breaks were really squishy so I returned the next day and asked them to take a look at them. They took a spin around the block then immediately pulled it into the garage. Then instead of focusing on my car they continued working on the other cars. I would like to believe considering how i gave them a couple grand that it would be done right and at the very least I would receive some type of apology or at the bare minimum prompt service upon return. I’d give them Zero stars, but apparently google won’t let me. I will not be returning. Please don’t waste your time or money.Service: Brake service & repair
