I've went here 2 times and got my nails done by two different guys while I asked for the same thing both times my nails were done differently both times the first guy finished in like 10 mins very fast and the other took 20 mins just to get my nails off both times my nails barely lasted a week when normally they last 2 weeks at other places.they also were not very friendly I tried making conversation and they just ignored me or were very short showing no interest in being friendly. The last guy didn't even get all the color off from my nails before which were green for Christmas and my new set was a clear glitter dip and you can see some green under it.

Was very rushed when I told the lady the polish didn't go all the way to the cuticals she only kinda fixed one. The nail polish was running and cured thick on the sides. The acrylic is thick by the cuticles as well.... not going back there...

I came in to do my brows. I have very dull and thick brows but the lady made them so thin. One side was even more thin and had a different shape to the other side. I went in to speak to the owner and all she had to say was next time wait for someone else. I am so disappointed. I’ve been coming here for 8 years, always tipping after every service.

My sister went there to get her eyebrows waxed, and the lady did the opposite of what she asked for. This lady made my sister’s naturally thick brows so thin, she cried. When she brought the issue up to the owner, she was told, “you should have waited for someone else”. Then she turned her back and left my sister. Now tell me, is this not the height of madness? This is not the place to go. I used to go there when I was absolutely desperate, but I’d rather look like a grizzly than let them touch any part of me. It’s such a shameful and lackluster service. Plus, you’re not even safe there. It’s sketchy! But to be a horrible service on top of being in an unsafe location clearly shows these people don’t care about their customers. They want money; quality and cleanliness be da*med. These folks are just not it; go at your on risk. Perhaps “wait for a better stylist”:)

This is not what i wanted I wanted square I got coffin/almond the French tip was longer then I wanted it the heart is not what I asked for I would never go back plus the didn’t tell me how much the design would be two. The first one is what I wanted and the second one is what I got.

I walked into their establishment at 6:20pm and they closed at 6:30pm and was denied service they don’t honor their hours and they do what they want because they in a black community and just like everybody else they treat us any kind of way. Katie told me Lynn could do my strips then Jennifer said I couldn’t get it done even though it was within their business hours so I was denied service for no reason at all didn’t even try to accommodate me and they don’t care they make millions of dollars off the black community and treat us like nothing this a very said day because I gotta part ways I’m tired of these establishments treating us any kind of way on top of the cleanliness being low level. Also if you want to see somebody get beat up along with your services this the place to go to
