“I love the service. I am a military veteran and use the bus and rail system every day. Most of the divers are good. Some go above and beyond. But a few could use an attitude change. Also what is up with the dirty seats? Shampooing the seats more often would be great!”

“Great service when we visit Minneapolis the last weekend in April. Showed up to a line of 5 customers, and yet I was in and out w keys in hand within 20mins yes. The gentleman working the counter was great and even offered a few suggestions of places to try while we were in town. He gave me comprehensive directions on how to find car, and return it; no fuss car rental! I'd definitely use them again when we go back to Minneapolis!”

“Honestly, I had a great experience. As a dispatcher I booked a load with Chris Shultz. He was SUPER NICE very understanding even though we had some mishaps through text/pick up Chris literally helped along the way. Even after I inadvertently made an error and offended Chris he still did everything he could to assist the driver and myself with the load. We had a little rocky first start but honestly Chris maintained his professionalism and I was so happy. Thank you Chris Shultz”

“I was with the company from 2021-2023. If your wanting a guaranteed time for a job. That won't happen. They will say you start at 2am or 4pm... but you start when the load tells you. Also... management will say they will work on it. But unless it benefits them.. they won't usually do it unless you threaten to quit. Company brags about they are driver first and safety first.. but that's not true either. They get mad if you call off for ice storms. Then if your logs don't work they want you to never go on paper logs. Even though that's the law. And if you call IT after hours... they never answer. Only perk that they just took away was the winter weather pay.”
