“My first solo bus trip from Woodbury to Saint Paul and back was a wonderful experience. The drivers , 3823 and 6827, helped me purchase my ticket, told me where to get off the bus and where to catch it to come home. They made a rather stressful venture enjoyable and worry free. Thank you for these exceptional customer service representatives and I highly recommend this mode of transportation. Thanks for making it available to us in the suburbs.”

“I was with the company from 2021-2023. If your wanting a guaranteed time for a job. That won't happen. They will say you start at 2am or 4pm... but you start when the load tells you. Also... management will say they will work on it. But unless it benefits them.. they won't usually do it unless you threaten to quit. Company brags about they are driver first and safety first.. but that's not true either. They get mad if you call off for ice storms. Then if your logs don't work they want you to never go on paper logs. Even though that's the law. And if you call IT after hours... they never answer. Only perk that they just took away was the winter weather pay.”

“This place is just wonderful. They helped me to get my new truck, and have been a big support every step of the way. It's because of this company that I have been able to start my own business and be successful. Even with the challenges of this modern day economy, I have been able to make a positive difference in my financial future. Transport 21 has helped put me on the path to positive financial independence.”

“I've worked with them for over 3 years now. The office is extremely supportive and very knowledgeable about the various aspects of the industry. I've always treated carriers fairly and with respect. I can't speak to other brokers since I don't know them. But everyone at OFS I've ever dealt with has been ethical and professional.”

“Great service when we visit Minneapolis the last weekend in April. Showed up to a line of 5 customers, and yet I was in and out w keys in hand within 20mins yes. The gentleman working the counter was great and even offered a few suggestions of places to try while we were in town. He gave me comprehensive directions on how to find car, and return it; no fuss car rental! I'd definitely use them again when we go back to Minneapolis!”
