I canceled my insurance on 07/23/24 and they are still collecting my money through auto pay.
No answer to mails, emails, phone calls. Finally I posted a comment on fb.
They say in order for me to cancel my travellers insurance I have to present a new policy to them. No! I don't. First, I left a country and now I'm back. Second, I don't have intention to drive a car anymore, so no need to open a new insurance and present them my new policy.
They continue stealing my money.

Wish there was no stars to give. My friend was being accused of hitting my neighbor's parked vehicle. Which was illegli parked. Anyway she has proof that it was not her and documents to show where she was the time this accident occurred. At first I was being blamed for hitting the car. The insurance company took it upon there selves to go ahead and fix the car that was hit through my friends policy. She was not found guilty of this at all. Infact the first court date no one showed up. The insurance company fixed the car because of the officers police report. Which did not have one proven fact. Basically his opinion. Long story short the case was dismissed because the evidence they said they had was false. No proof at all. Now the insurance company said they fixed the vehicle because of what the officer said and video footage showed. Again there is know video footage. My friend and I had to go to court 3 times in which no one showed up with any evidence. This insurance company is now saying she has to appeal the matter. Why should she have to do anything?She never was in the accident. So now she will have insurance points because some clowns at the office did not do there job and just went off a officers oppion. Again no facts . The insurance company already paid for the other car to fixed before she even went to court.This should not be her problem. Again case was thrown out because of no evidence. Also the insurance company was very rude when talking with her. She had the phone on speaker and I listened to every conversation. The one gentleman Juan was rude and said my friend didn't return his calls rite away. My friend works 2nd shift. So hours to return his calls was difficult. Now Mark from claim's affairs still says he agrees with Juan's desion 100%.. So the insurance company doesn't want to take fault for their mess up. Again there is no evidence or facts that show my friend being involved. Come on. She would have been found guilty. Also my friend had to pay a lawyer and miss days of work because of a opinionated police report.

Don't do business with Traveler's Insurance. Have had renter's insurance with them for 30 years with no claims. The latest bill was $243 for basic renter's insurance. The quote from State Farm is $76 which is average. Makes me sick that we have been scammed for decades.

My mortgage company has tried for two days to get through to a live representative to make a payment for my homeowner's insurance. When I finally got through to a live representative, they said that that they could not give my mortgage company a direct dial number to the Travellers Insurance department. VERY frustrating.

Not one to leave reviews, but I hate an institution that has a public facing park that is 'only for employees'. Just reeks of anti homelessness aggression. Nevermind I'm just trying to have a quick breather outside and sit. Can't even be there for more than a minute before security asks you to leave.
I ask you Travelers, if you're gonna pay someone to police people who are respectfully using the park, why can't they just use it when no employees are there? Not like I'm taking away a seat from a needing employee on a Saturday with no one there. Gross gross capitalistic classist behaviour. Do better. Or if you're gonna be elitist, at least block off public access to your exclusive park.

Travelers tried to change the square footage of my home after I had a policy which them to some arbitrary number they calculated due to aerial photos, which is fraud. Then they cancelled my policy when I didn't pay it. Travelers is absolute garbage.

Disgustingly rude service here, I walked into the building and the 2 people working at the security desk looked up and saw me, and absolutely refused to say anything to me and did not assist me at all.

The receptionist was extremely rude and started yelling at me as soon as I started to ask a question. She also hung up on me. So extremely unprofessional!!!! Will never do business with Travelers.

I retired from The Travelers in 2001 and they have been so good and helpful over the years.
