I took a stack very nice clothes and I know you had to make an appointment. I had a wonderful stack of used work clothes and one dress I had purchased that had a tag on it that I never wore. That’s the only dress they took to re-sell. I wasn’t thinking at the time, but when I left and noticed, there was worse clothes, sweaters with lint, and everything else, and I had perfectly nice blazers dresses things I wore to the office they claim they were out of date. Thinking back I hope this is not a case of profiling who brings in clothes and what is accessible to sell. I only made nine dollars off of selling a brand new dress. I will never take anything to them again.

I'm going on a cruise next week and was looking for business casual and fancy dresses for dinner attire. At first I didn't think they had anything in my size. I'm 2xl and size 18. Towards the back they have two rows of plus size clothes. It's a cute store but wish they had some bigger sizes. Not sure if that's really their fault with it being a consignment shop. I did find 2 pairs of dress pants so left mostly happy. I noticed they had a lot of other things in the store besides clothing and accessories. I didn't have time this visit but will be going back to check other items like a couch, chairs, home decor, etc.

I purchased a couch from Turnstyle and they intentionally switched the couch I purchased and delivered a different couch. Long story short, I sent it back because they refused to do the right thing. Sadly when I went to get a refund, the couch was still there and they claimed they had sold it. They really should be ashamed of their behavior. I have photos but, unfortunately it is not allowing me to post them.

The Turnstyle stores are all great. If they would add carts they would double the profits..I get tired of caring things around, so I dont...buy less...

I was hoping to consign some clothing. I had a bad experience at the Roseville location, but, since I had gone to the trouble of putting all the stuff together I decided to give Highland Park a try. The website states specific consignment hours which Roseville did not honor. For that reason, I called Highland Park to make sure that they would be open to consign. When I called, the recording said to push 1 for information about consignment hours. That is what I was looking for, so I did. The recording stated that they would take items until 5:30, so I had plenty of time. When I arrived, I once again found a sign on the door that consignment was closed. I went to speak to an employee who told me I should have asked to speak to a person in the phone. I followed the prompt and was never given that option. Perhaps the store should change their website and phone message to accurately reflect the situation. It seems as through they feel they have plenty of business and don't need to be respectful of their customers. I won't be back.

They have some good clothes, but a rather small men's section. They have no suites that I could find as well, so if you are looking for something to dress up in I would say to go elsewhere.

I sometimes wonder if they're giving me all the cash I have coming for items I've sold with them. I seem to get quite a bit more when I sell similar items at the Rosedale store.

LOVE the Highland store as a buyer & seller! A huge shout out to ‘KAREN’’ who is always friendly, happy, helpful and professional! A very pleasant shop to be in all around.

Today I was shopping at this location on Ford Pkwy. It is by far has most unfriendly staff. The worst customer service and attitude that matched the outside temperature today of about a -3 degrees and a windchill factor of a -14 degrees. I found a couple of items that liked but I didn't want to lug around the store. I walked the items up to the counter and informed the cashier that was still shopping. At other locations (they are very happy to place your items behind the counter and respond with a smile, no problem "just let us know when you're ready)" But this lady was very cold in stating, I need you to move this to the other side of the counter to hold and then bring it back to this side to me to purchase. I found an item without a price tag, I went to the counter to inquiry and the guy didn't acknowledge me after about a minute of silence. I finally got his attention. After making a price tag for the item (the guy just walks off and waits on another customer (I'm still standing there needing assistance and being ignored). I had several items that I wanted to purchase but I only purchased a few of them due to the poor service I received. I did't even get a thank you. The guy said, " feel free to make two trips." Huh? When I came back for remaining items (they had moved them to the other side of the counter) even though I paid for them. I will never go back to this location.

Turnstyle kicks butt for a consignment store. I wasn't sure what to expect but found there were multiple things I wanted after looking around a bit. There are a variety of items available (furniture, decorations, clothes, etc.) and it all seems pretty affordable. I also found a MN wild jacket that looked pretty sick, so that's 5 stars from me!
