They say they will pay you 50 if they don’t have a truck for you. What they don’t tell you is they won’t pay it they will let you make a reservation and claim availability and then cancel multiple times and change the pick up location. They kept moving the location further from me which is ridiculous considering you have to pay for mileage! Don’t go with this unreliable company!

Last at the front desk was extremely rude to us and then said that they closed at 5pm (they dont they close at 4pm) then never gave us a code to the gate with no phone number to call...worst experience ever!

Stopped late morning to buy moving supplies & inquire about a U-Haul rental. Lights were on. Doors locked & no one answered the phone. Called & waited over 10 min. Then another customer arrived & went in. I followed. When I inquired about the locked door’s & unanswered phone the person at the desk said she was alone, had to show a storage unit & it wasn’t her fault. I suggested next time post a note on the front door that you’ll return in 10 minutes. She got testy & told me it was not my business to tell her how to do her job. She’s was doing as the company told her! I said she didn’t need to be so rude to customers. Then she told me I was being rude to her, yelling @ her & discriminating against her. YIKES. I wasn’t raising my voice or discriminating. I reiterated that if there were a note on the door I would have waited patiently. She was angry & NOT helpful. I also heard her telling a storage unit customer on the phone not to come by today as there was no one to help them! RUN AWAY!

I would like to recognize the wonderful woman (didn't catch her name) who was running the office on June 1. There were multiple customers and challenges, such as trucks not being returned on time for the next customer (me) or the exit being blocked by a semi truck unrelated to the business. She handled it all with grace and excellent customer service, figuring out a solution to each challenging situation. I was impressed.

The 2 women working front desk were very helpful and pleasant. Renting truck was easy and affordable. I personally would recommend. I rented truck for 4 days

Uhaul Mobile app: 0 stars, terribleThe team at Uhaul 7th Street Storage: 10/10, awesome!I came by after hours for a mobile truck pickup. The app surprised me by telling me that I needed to give them my boss’ contact info, my passport, my mother’s phone number, all to verify my identity—and only AFTER I confirmed that I was at the location, in the driving snow outside the locked gate. And then the app decided to keep crashing!One of the Uhaul workers, Nathan, saw me shivering in the cold as he was leaving for the day, so he re-opened the shop and got me set up, when he should have been warm at home. He was happy to help me out—great customer service. And he also confirmed that people are constantly having problems with the app.Don’t use the app. Talk to the friendly humans.

Picking up the uhaul was not an easy experience. First off the uhaul that was reserved for me was not ready, and I had to call to get another one that was in the lot ready for me. Second, apparently you need a code to get out and it's the same one you use to get in. I didn't record the code because it was just part of step one and I didn't see that it apparently said "remember this code."When I asked a staff member how to get out they were extremely rude to me about the fact I should have remembered that code that is shown to you one time. They eventually gave it to me so I could get out but the fact they basically scolded me for not remembering it was very unprofessional.The manager of the place then called me in the middle of the day and was asking when I would return the uhual even though the reservation was for the morning of the next day. Seems like he was just trying to get ahead due to poor planning.Overall, not a great experience.

Good and cheerful customer service. Google took me to the wrong side of the property and I was confused… good thing they called me at that moment and redirected me to the West 7th Street entrance. The truck was clean and did the job too. Will be back here next time I need to move stuff.

Showed up to get my truck, and the entrance/exit codes they gave me for the gate were wrong. It was a Sunday, so nobody was answering phones, and customer service had a wait time of 42 minutes. If I hadn't lucked out and had people show up to their storage I would have been stuck.

Praking the U-Hal vehicle was SUPER easy!!!! I have rented from U-Hal before at different locations and returing the vehicle was a pain, but at this location you just pull out and the just pull back in. Staff was extremely nice, helpful, and informative.

Truck was clean, available on time, and ran well. Gate code was wrong in app, but was able to have gate call desk person for correct code.

We had a lot of problems with the online service and app to do contactless pickup and when all seemed lost, Connie helped us and got us going with our U-Haul. I cannot speak highly enough of Connie and how kind, patient, and helpful she was. We were having an extremely difficult day and her kindness and attitude turned things around for us. Hopefully the app issues were a one off, and they seemed to be, as we saw several others successfully use the app and get in and get their U-Hauls so we seemed to be the odd ones out. The check-in process worked flawlessly and was very smooth.
