Anthony is great! This location was unable to complete my hitch installation but Anthony was proactive about calling me right away to let me know. He was upfront about rescheduling options and extremely polite and easy to work with even though he was helping other customers with their issues at the same time. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but when that happens as long as the communication is good, I'm good!
