Staff is always friendly and helpful the times I've been, especially when the printing system was experiencing issues. The staff member helping me worked hard to make sure I didn't have to make a second trip to get my print order fulfilled.

Tried to get help with my package, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and apathetic. She cut me off several times and had the worst attitude.

I went in a couple weeks ago to print a single sheet of paper. After trying to get their kiosk to work for 20ish minutes, I hit send and the print job did not print. The kiosk charged me 9$. I asked the employee, Po, about it and she told me that I would have to come back an hour and a half later to get my print job. At this point I asked for a refund and she told me "well, you know, money is fluid and sometimes you lose some," and launched into a sob story of how she once gave away tickets to a concert. She gave me a phone number to call that didn't work. I came back into the store to ask for a new phone number that would work. Eventually another employee, Kyle, came in and tried to deescalate the situation. He took my contact information while Po yelled about quitting (I hope this is true) and how kind and nice she had been to me. I still had to come back an hour later to get a refund and didn't get anything printed. Do not try to print anything here. 2 stars instead of 1 cuz Kyle was a bro and had an excellent customer service save.

I had a really terrible experience at this store today. It does not surprise me that they have the lowest rating of any UPS store in the city.I arrived at 9:00 am. I had arranged to store my bag there through a company called Bounce. I stood in line behind a woman who was being helped by an employee who seemed very angry.When I got up to the counter, I told the employee that I was there to store my bag through the company Bounce. She stared at me and said she had never heard of Bounce before and that they could not store my bag.I asked to speak to the manager. She told me that the manager would not be there till noon. She also told me that she absolutely, positively 100% would know if they stored bags through Bounce. I showed her my reservation and she did not seem to care.I asked the employee for her name, and she said it was Poe. I told her I was going to call Bounce and UPS corporate and she told me to "go for it."It's lucky I stuck around to call them because as I was waiting to talk to them, her manager walked in. So either she lied or she did not know what she was talking about.Shockingly, the manager had never heard of the company Bounce either. He was going to send me away with my big bag. When I became upset, Poe smiled. It was the first time I'd seen her smile since I walked into the store. She said she thought it was ridiculous that I would dare to get upset in a store.I can understand why Poe would look down on people from her illustrious position as a clerk in a UPS store. However, she had no idea what I needed to do that day or why I needed to store my bag. I could have been there for a funeral for all she knew. Her attitude was incredibly cruel. When I told her she was being rude, she said that I should sue her. I can't believe that any business would ever hire her for a customer service job.I insisted that the manager check on it. He did check on it and sure enough, they had a relationship with Bounce and I had a reservation there.Instead of apologizing all over the place the way I would have done if the shoe had been on the other foot, he told me that it was not his fault because it was a new account. He took a long time to check my bag in.At this point, I was very upset because I had been there for an hour. I could not believe Poe's hubris in telling me that she absolutely positively knew that the store had no relationship with the company Bounce. She was wrong, very wrong and she was arrogant about it.I told the manager that I thought that he should have known if his corporation had a relationship with another corporation. He said I was getting too upset and he gave me some nonsense about treating people with mutual respect. This is what people say when they have screwed up and do not have an excuse for it.When I returned to get my bag later that day, a young woman and a young man helped me. They were polite and professional. They said they were still learning Bounce. That's not surprising because they didn't know about it until that day.Poe just stood there and stared at me like a serial killer. If the store does not believe me, they can look at their security camera. It was very disquieting. They need to fire her. UPS needs to end its relationship with this franchise.If you look at the other reviews, you will see, that they are all about employees not knowing what they are doing or being rude.They talk about everything from the employees looking like heroin addicts, to employees telling people that they absolutely positively know that they do not offer notary appointments. They offer notary appointments. UPS should reconsider its franchise agreement with this store.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have been here a half dozen times at least and staff is always friendly, expedient and competent. Highly recommended location for quality service. Every employee I've worked with should get a raise to keep them around.

3 dollars to print a shipping label? Are you freaking kidding me?I travel for my job and every so often I need to ship paper/items to clients. My company usually sends me an email with a print label. I've been to many UPS stores across the country, and none as of June 2023, have charged me for printing a shipping label. Even sadder, was in Miami last week, had to do the same, they printed the label for free...This is the first ever UPS store in the USA that charges almost 3 dollars to print the label ($2.95 to be exact).Mind you, I understand is hard to run a business like this if you're printing free labels every minute for customers---you need to pay for the paper, the ink, electricity.But you can go to the FEDEX store, print the same label in color for 1 dollar something, or 25 cents black and white. Definitely you're not going to pay 3 dollars for a black and white print out at the Fed Ex store. Hell, if they charged 1 dollar, I would be ok with that. But $2.95? Price gauging!I needed to ship a few items to a client, so printed the label and went to another store. F this store charging 3 dollars to print a shipping label.

Wow. Glad I went. Great service. Wish I could give six stars. Took me less than a minute to make an Amazon return. Staff made this task easy and convenient. Great attitudes! Friendly service with a smile. I will be back.

I scheduled a notary service appointment online for 3pm. When I arrived the employee attending the desk said they do not take notary appointments. When I showed my confirmation email for the appointment she then said the notary was an hour late for their shift and it could be 30 minutes or more before they arrived. I called the UPS on Grand and they were able to get me in immediately and notarized my documents. The Grand location said they accept walk-ins and have a notary on staff at all times. If you need a notary in the st.paul area,the Grand location is your best bet.

The store do not follow their own hours. Been waiting outside the store for ten minutes on a Sunday morning. Read the reviews, go to the Grand location instead.
