Transferring money from one account to another us bank turned off my access to the ap, but still allowed money to flow to and from for bills. Doesn't call, no email, zero communication to their customers... me, about the change or concerns they have. When I try to access the ap it say "there is a problem on our end". Switching to Sofi, they least pay 4.6% on savings acccounts... no CD required.

I submitted only 3 stars because although this US bank location is conveniently located for most businesses in the downtown St. Paul area.... they lack just a few simple banking courtesies and skills such as counting paper bills out to their customers. They silently count them out to themselves and when confronted about their technique or style...they are seemingly a little agitated. Someone could easily accuse your tellers of miscounting, if not counted directly to them. I visit here at least once a week for loose change but unfortunately they would not be my first choice if I had another one to choose from.

Had a meeting with a cindy shiely about opening a checkings account... she had this demeanor with me like she was upset.. Then once I said I didn't live where my ID has it at.. then she said immediately I couldn't open my account... I had the money to open it .. then another white fuller sized lady walked in asking if everything was alright.when I tell you I felt so small in the moment. I was the most polite quiet black woman ever in this place and they made me feel so little in this moment. She wasn't even the lady I was supposed to haveA meeting with.. it's not what you say it's how you say it. And I did not feel welcomed at all here left on a verge of tears.

My monthly income is $200. Paying a 2.5% fee of $5 per month to have an account seems excessive for someone on that amount of government assistance. All other services have been great.

I had a good experience at this branch. The bank employee was friendly and exchanged my bills for quarters. Definitely coming back for more quarters.

Avoid their "Wealth Management" investment services. They invested all my father's money in their own U.S Bank funds and lost a lot of his money. They are big time scammers just like Wells Fargo. Some day they will be sued.

Worst branch ever. Everyone who works here stands around doing nothing and there's only ever 1 teller while a line 6-deep (at least) waiting for this one person. The only redeeming factor is location in downtown but honestly how do they employ so many people to do nothing. Even Wal-Mart will open up new cashier lines when it gets busy.

I wish I could say US Bank was great, but they are not for anyone who wants to bank in a mobile/virtual world. Living out of state, I don't have the option to go to a bank, nor should I have to in order to get service in 2019. I've had to speak to 10+ people & 4 different departments in order to close my 4 accounts with US Bank. I wish they cared more about offering fast paced, online service and got away from using actual checks.

Well, US Bank has finally become scum like the rest of the big banks. Until recently I had an account for many years. Never had I monthly maintenance fee and I've never received a paper statement in the mail. All of a sudden they start charging me a monthly fee and a monthly fee for a paper statement that I never received. NO CLASS! BYE, BYE US BANK. I hope you go bankrupt!
