Terrible customer service every week! Takes tellers over 20 mins to even aknowledge theres someone in the drive through even after ringing the call button 3 times! I had to lay on my horn to get someone to even come to the window and when they finally decide to help me it is with the worse attitude I've ever seen and horrible customer service. These employees need to be replaced with respectable employees that want to do their jobs it is a BANK so we should NEVER encounter this behavior.

I edited this review to put a complaint instead of the original compliment. Now that corporate addressed the issue, unlike the manager, I wanted to put the original back up.The original google review was on Phil. This gentleman is one of the staff members that will help us happily, without seeming annoyed. He’s a huge asset to the Battle Creek branch and I hope he’s acknowledged for that. I didn’t want to take the compliment away from Phil, because I edited it out for my complaint against the branch manager.Phil is great, AND the customer service rep I spoke to was great. I forget her name. Social media rep of some kind. Super kind and helpful. Overall my experience has been great with everyone at any U.S. bank besides the manager at the Battle Creek location.

Getting my roof supplement checks endorsed is way harder than it needed to be. The place is a mess! They have like two people working as bankers and one person behind the counters. Very poor workflow.

Salvador at the teller line was very helpful and polite. I was immediately asked by a banker if I needed any special request. Great service and options.

Went there because my account was frozen bc I had to verify I was a student. Brought all of my documentation. One, the bank teller assumed I was in college even though I handed him my school ID. He then proceeded to ask for my “college documentation” like I was the one being d**** Which I found very offensive. Anyways, after I corrected him, he didn’t know how to answer my question so I ended up having to call the US Bank number EVEN THOUGH I WAS INSIDE A US BANK!!!! Anyways I was there for awhile and he promised to email my documentation to the branch that’s supposed to “handle it”. That was almost a week ago, I called again today because my account is still unusable. The man that was helping me didn’t anything correct and I have to start over with the entire process. Very annoyed and disappointed. Go to any location but here, seriously.

Used a different card to deposit some money and it usually works but today did not work and my card got stuck in the atm machine and asked workers if there was anyway possible to get it back and they said no. Get in my car and leaves right when another worker goes to the atm with my card and opens it. What is it with these people!!

So I came in pretty angry as usbank has screwed up getting us needed documents that we should have had in 2017. I came I. The banker Phillip P. Not only helped me and got the documents expedited which none of the phone reps were willing to do so I get the document Monday (today is Thursday) then took the next hour to help me with my business account I was having trouble with. He had the same troubles then sat on the phone while he figured out how to fix it and got me set up.

I opened an account back in april and all seemed fine at first but now I keep getting random maintenance fees and I got charged an overdraft fee of $36 when I still had money in my account when I checked yesterday I even moved money from my savings to checking to make sure that I would not get an overdraft fee and it's really upsetting that us bank would be causing undue stress with an already stressful time with the pandemic going on I can't afford to be jumping through hoops for a bank that can't do their job and feels justified in all these additional fees and overdraft fees
