Horrible bank.. these for profit/non-credit union banks are garbage.. unnecessary fees stacked on top of eachother.. absolute garbage.. It's like they forget that consumer tax dollars is what bails them out when they tank, then come back and hit consumers with outrageous fees.. they hide behind their "policies" and slowly bankrupt their customers.. pathetic. Want to save money? Bury it in your yard, wanna borrow money? Credit union ALWAYS...

Thank the heavens above for Branch Manager, Melissa. I had a very scary and unsettling fraud situation happen with my accounts . Melissa swiftly took action. She was compassionate, caring and gave me the guidance I needed. From the very first phone call with her I felt relief. She deserves a promotion! Thank you SO much Melissa!

If I could give negative stars, I would give negative 100 for this location! I am not sure why this location is still open. You can not get a hold of anyone when you call. I called other branches, and they are available, and you can speak to a representative. Another complaint I have with USbank is misinformation about their mobile deposits. They are confusing their mobile deposit policy with regulation CC. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I feel very unappreciated. The 24-hour service for customer services is a joke! If you can't get a hold of your local branch representative and you call the 24-hour banking, the representatives can't help at all! They refer you to your local branch. I called to escalate this issue, and for my case, I was told by a 24-hour bank representative that a manager to get back to me would be in 48 hours!!

I have banked at this location for 20 years and everyone has been so friendly and knows me by name up until a year ago, now when I call with questions, I'm not greeted friendly, I get a bad attitude when I call and they don't try to help answer your questions or help you through them, very disappointing

Opened an account with them and they are refusing to do a wire transfer for me after they told I could do one. Don't call you back, bad hours of service.

Such bad customer service. Worst US bank in Minnesota. Rude staff who uses covid restrictions as a excuse to be lazy/unhelpful. Basically always empty it’s so slow and they still somehow manage to always take forever.

Cannot access their Oakdale locations lobby without an appointment. They don't allow appointments unless opening accounts, you cannot make appointment to deposit money into your account. Access to the drive thru is awful, only allowing 1 car at a time. If there were 3 different lines for terminal 1 and 2, then a 3rd for the ATM, this would work. Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes without moving. Came back 2 hours later, another 45 minute wait. Still havent been able to deposit my check. Their drive thru hours at 9:30 to 4pm. Apparently COVID reduced their hours from closing at 6pm to an even more inconvenient 4pm close. Switching banks as this is complete control over someone's access to their own finances.

I love banking with US BANK. The staff are super friendly and always greet you when you go in. Next time i go in ill get their names and give them a shoutout for great customer service!

I've never had most ridiculously bad experience with any bank in my life. Two incidents in very short time. (couple months). First one I had simple transfer going to the mom of my kids (we both have us-bank accounts). The 3 day online transfer time turened out to 6 days. Most ridiculous was the phone rep couldn't even see the date my transfer started (keep telling me I'm wrong, when I can see exactly transfer showing up on their own usbank site under my account). Second incident is beyond ridiculous. When I deposited 2k check from my other bank, they did not only put the block on my account, but they completely locked my online account. I cannot access it completely for last 7 days. When contacted again on the phone I get completely different story than in person. Phone rep tells me they called my other bank and were told the check is bad. I stopped by the office and after checking into it they told me that's the standard procedure. The in-office rep said there was probably nothing wrong with the check, but he couldn't do anything about the situation. Funniest thing of all that my other bank right next day shows funds withdrawn and now it's 7 days later and my us bank account is still locked! Jugde for yourself if you want to do business with them!
