This is one of the most thoroughly hateful banks in recent years. A bank that makes me cringe even when I'm sitting here thinking about it. I’ve hated this branch as much as the 19 years I’ve been living in the twin cities . I hated it because of the premise which seems shockingly cold-hearted, and because this premise of the banks is being suggested to families as a place to enjoy banking, and because everybody at this branch was vulgar and stupid, and because the jokes weren't funny, and because most of the employees were obnoxious, and because of the phony attempt to add a little pseudo-hip philosophy with the idiot security guard. Now I think that the Twin Cities is fine place to live and everybody in the state of Minnesota has been so friendly and welcoming so I prefer to think of U.S Bank as just a unfortunate aberration in this otherwise admirable state.

Shelby and Josephine should be terminated. Their attitudes and behavior towards a 15+ years customer is completely unacceptable. This location is god awful. Shelby and Josephine claim they don’t have a manager. This branch is never open when they’re supposed to be, they’re always closing early for unknown reasons. I hate this location and I can’t wait until it’s closed for good. No other location is as terrible as this one. I will be withdrawing all my accounts and switching banks due to the way I was treated by these two incompetent and disrespectful tellers.

I come in person to do things that can't be done using mobile banking but when I'm there, they'll waste my time repeating it needs to be done on mobile. Only speaking to someone above the teller position will get any work done, so if this happens to you, better hope the manager is in that day. I don't know what's the point of going to a bank if they won't do their job without a boss being present.

I opened my account many years ago way before it was us bank because it was convenient and had good service. Most of my banking is done remotely. My last 3 trips to the Highland branch have been very bad. The last 2 I was the only car in the drive through both times and staff visibly chatting inside while I was forced to wait as they were discussing something very amusing. At this point I am considering closing my account. Customer service appears to be declining and now I feel targeted because I decided to speak up about service. I 100% get surveys when I call in to us bank but never for in person visits. Why is this?

Stopped in to cash a check written off an account from this banking chain had to wait over 10 min just to get to a teller to find out they were going to charge me 7 dollars to cash a check that is written on there bank just because I don't have an account with them I mean I could understand a few dollars but 7 come on that is just massive theft on people who don't want to bank at your bank and a way to force them to get accounts with your bankPlease stop doing this 7 dollars is ridiculous for a fee it don't cost you anything to cash the check so stop taking people hard earned money
