I’m super appreciative, thank you so much!

Went over lunch. No line and the two employees behind the desk were helpful and fast.

Whoever drops packages off at Montreal courts always has my packages clearly thrown wherever and now this is the second time recently that I had a pretty big order from a clothing site say it’s been delivered but never was. The leasing office is really good about getting our packages quickly after they are dropped off but I didn’t get mine and I am really upset. Is it because they just want to be done with their shift and if they can’t find one say they do anyway? What’s the deal with this?

Jason was very rude and not helpful. They have been having me jump through hoops just to change my address and they never once from the first time I went in told me that I couldn’t change my address there. Completely disrespectful and complete waste of time. Find another usps to go to that’ll actually want to help.

Was returning a package and the employees became irritated at me after poorly explaining their labels. Very rude and abrasive for no reason. Only giving 2 stars because the return was actually processed at least.

Always rude customer service. Over the phone as well as in person.

Rude customer service, misinformation about international shipping, and no supplies available. Told me no international shipping comes with insurance which is contradictory to the website and customer service via telephone.
USPS provides reliable and affordable international delivery to about 180 countries through Priority Mail International. Most Priority Mail International shipments include tracking and insurance: up to $100 for nonnegotiable documents and up to $200 for merchandise. You can send up to 4 lbs using Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Boxes, and up to 20 lbs. using Medium and Large Flat Rate Boxes. (See all Priority Mail International Flat Rate Products.) Postage prices start at $30.90.8

This location has been withholding my wife’s mail and we’ve made a formal report weeks ago yet still nothing is done and she’s still not receiving mail period ive been in contacting with the manger of this location with little to nothing to fix the issues but complaints once again will be made and we had no solutions the first time I’ve spoken to him, the over all experience of this location is terrible they need to really sit down and look at the folks they hire to work with the public.

Always the best customer service. So cheerful and helpful. Don’t know what these other reviews are about. The friendliest USPS I’ve ever been to!!

The employees here are saints. There was a guy in today ranting about how long the line was and being super rude. The employees were being super professional and seeing people efficiently despite what this guy was saying. So I'd say to take some reviews with a grain of salt. Lines exist, get over yourself.

I made the simple mistake of switching the last 2 digits of the zip code and the worker who made my shipping label didn't bother to double check to see if the address I wrote down physically matched up with the shipping lable itself.

an agency to flee: I came by this morning to send a package. 30 minutes later an unknown number sent me a text with a link to update my address and pay an additional fee of $0.18, I saw the text late but I still tried but it didn't work. I return to the USPS Arlington and there one of the 2 agents who had taken my package in the morning (a lady probably of East African origin) practically refuses to listen to me, before finally telling me coldly that I am a victim of scam and that it is not his problem... my question is where did the scammer get my information? why did the lady who seemed nice become so aggressive?

The worst customer service possible. Emotionally unstable people working here. They need therapy, not customer service jobs. The way they talk to elderly people is unbelievable. I wish this wasn't my areas post office. Some serious training needs to be addressed.

This post office used to be helpful and great customer services. These people are not that helpful anymore. They treat non-English speakers very poor, and they don't even want to help them. The way they talked to them is disrespectful and rude.
