Went in to send some large envelopes, and there was quite a few. Being that I've been to numerous other locations, where they take your mail to be shipped and take care of it, this one told me I have to put the stamps on myself, on the counter in front of everyone, one by one. Doesn't make sense that I am doing their work for them, on top of paying for their services, even though I was already in a rush to get to other places. The demeanor and behavior's were just unprofessional and lazy. NO OTHER locations have done that. If you want better service, and staff who aren't lazy or unprofessional, seek another location.

The staff and supervisor was extremely rude. When I called the employee out on her rudeness; she refused service and the supervisor backed her. He took our package as hostage to pay for service he was refusing to provide. I had to call law enforcement to get my inventory back. We went closer to home, the suburbs to get good customer service.

Requested redelivery and was able to submit this request. After package didnt arrive I called USPS customer service, they submitted an inquiry for me. This location called me and told me they were unable to redeliver the package, but didnt provide a reason as to why not. It sucks to write this review because I know the post office struggles to compete with their competitors for shipping.

I love the two clerks at this location. We've had our ups and downs, but they never say it's not my job. Missing packages? Mailperson didn't actually attempt a delivery? A couple pennies short? Yeah, they've helped me with all that. FIVE STARS

The counter staff are helpful on the whole, but the manager is RUDE. I think his name is Teddy and I've gotten so much attitude from him, despite the fact that I spend thousands at the post office every year for my business!! Absolutely disgusted. I also would like to add that the change in the drive-up box has been terrible for those with disabilities. You can't reach the slot from a regular car and have to get out of your car to post anything, which is going to be dangerous in the winter. Also, even the thinnest items no longer fit in the slot. I dread having to go there, frankly.

I am giving 5 stars to a gentleman named Malekie. He was so kind, patient and overall wonderful customer service. He went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate this because my issue was explained and I was able to leave feedback as well.

Manager was rude, all employees promised and verbally verified that a lot of us would get a free mail key as it took MONTHS. Ended up laying $40 for a key.

They don’t respect the business around them, they are the only one have the original keys. I want to get a key for my business mail box they said one week to get it done now it’s been a month and I still not getting the key.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, lots of supplies if you need it, it's gets very busy but they keep the line moving without getting annoyed.
