I come here a lot, and have to stick up for Brenda. She does seem overworked, but start talking to her about her music selection that's playing and she lights right up.

Yall are tripping. The lady at the desk was really nice and it literally took me 2 minutes to mail my package today. Great experience.

Stay away if possible. The heavy set older white lady with short grey/white hair is accosting everyone in line that comes to this location. I watched her mouth f@&$ off!to a guy after he simply told her to have a nice day. Then berate an elderly Asian woman who obviously had a language barrier. I wasnt surprised when she was rude to me as well. This lady needs to fired immediately.

Older lady who works there is very rude. She always acts like she hates everyone who steps foot there or her job. I usually just do my thing and leave. I brought some mailings to send out with stamps on it and everything. Had my kids there to help me bring it in and she rolled her eyes and said why bring it there. She doesn’t have space for our mailings. And then kept complaining under her breath. How am I suppose to know whether the post office has space or not? I usually don’t review on places or people because things happen but she does this every time I do business with them.

Rude service. My family runs a small shop and when we deliver here the individual working there complains and we feel like the charges are sometimes higher than the same weighted package randomly. Not sure if she is deliberately not finding the lowest possible pricing or somethings just not right. As a local guide I feel like this place is toxic. Heading to another location.

Love this location every experience here has always been pleasant. WAY better than the location on east Minnehaha which should be shut down or everyone terminated especially Emily the supervisor. Staff at this location are very welcoming quick and helpful!
