The newer female Afro American treats me with disgust everytime I go there. Rude annoyed if I ask her a question. Ignores me. Perhaps she hates her job and people?
She' does not deserve to have the job. Just nasty. The man who usually works there has excellent customer service. She has none. I gave gone to this location for 20 years. Terrible service dom get always

I mailed out a package (a small bubble mailer) at my post office (Richville,NY) a month ago and it ended up at this distribution center,I’ve looked up my tracking number multiple times since mailing it out and it says my package is in transit to the next facility but I had my local office call theirs to see where it might be and it’s still there,it’s been stuck in this facility! I’ve filed a missing mail report as well and still nothing…my office called them again and they’ve been no help,this is absolutely inexcusable.

My package was suppose to arrive in Rochester,MN Saturday 08/16 before 9pm and I still haven't received my package and it's 08/18 and it keeps saying in transit I went to the post office here where I reside and they looked and stated my package is still here in St Paul this is getting ridiculous people have important things and you guys fell to make sure our things get out...This needs to be reported.

Takes four days before a priory mail package actually leaves the state of MN; package promised by today won’t show up until Monday now. Another package being sent to me is stuck in Kansas, for three days now. It was supposed to get to me yesterday but it now won’t show up until next week.
Did USPS go on strike again? Going raise the rates again? Do any of you people know what you’re doing???

I appreciate you delivering my stuff. But I'm upset about notifying me about my package.
It was expected 9 pm Saturday. It arrived at the main Minnesota distribution center in St Paul.
At 4 am. Friday. And I did not receive any update about my package being delayed. Until after 9 pm Saturday.
Now it's Sunday. After 50 hours in St Paul. It finally left on its way to my local post office.
It's medicine too! That I need. An additional 2 day wait may seem unimportant to USPS. But that 2 days without medicine for me. Just otc. Medicine. I get it cheaper online. So I can afford it.
I should have been notified immediately when they knew my package would be delayed. And given a reason why.

if I could give Zero stars I definitely would, my package That was supposed to be delivered today is stillat the Saint Paul distribution center since yesterday at 12:15 AM
USPS website even states it's on its way, Yet I haven't received it
the United States Postal Service is absolute garbage and it Baffles me how the federal government hasn't investigated it yet for the amount of late packages and mail

They were horrible. My package arrived there on July 10. Last scan I received that it arrived at the facility, no notifications that it had processed through or been in transit since. So here I am six days later finally getting a notification that it had reached the next facility. Legal document and had me fearing almost a whole week that it had been lost.

Valuable mail stolen in transit from this location! A private investigation has been hired to look into this place and it's loss of valuable mail pieces! Apparently I'm not the only one having trouble with this place, we're rounding up testimony from other victims for potential group action!

Send these postal carriers to school to.learning how to read names, address zip codes right. Stop giving me others people mail. My name is in the 💌📬 box in 208. Learn to read right. Whoever works here must just toss packages wherever without actually looking at where it’s supposed to go. By pure luck it may end up going to the right truck. Have a package current bouncing around went from Omaha Nebraska back to Saint Paul and now it’s in Wisconsin????

I have packages get lost in the Saint Paul Distribution center for DAYS. Then they'll bounce all around the twin cities metro... Absolutely horrible. Whatever is going on here needs to be resolved!
