If I could give Bruce 6 stars, I would.
My husband and I frequent this Post Office since it's in walking distance and we have never had a bad experience. All staff members have been very kind and helpful, but we have to give a special shoutout to our guy Bruce! He is the most friendly and charming customer service person we've ever met. I always leave feeling like things are going to be okay, and reminded of the good in this world. And all I came for was a stamp.

This is a lovely location if you go into it with the correct expectations.
They are closed over lunch and to give some time to sort mail in boxes without interruption, so you have to plan for that, but I've never found it hard.
It's also usually only staffed by one person which means you can have longer lines depending on the time/season.
But, the staff here are wonderful and will help you out with questions without degrading you which is unfortunately hard to find at a lot of USPS locations. Both Bruce and Connie have helped me and they have also told me different ways I can do things going forward that could make it faster for me. They are truly patient teachers.

I had a wonderful, warm interaction with the person behind the counter this morning.
She was so helpful and kind! I admit I went in there sheepishly because I was sending a (light) package with a bunch of Forever stamps as postage, and wasn't sure that was acceptable. She assured me it was totally fine and even printed a receipt. Such good energy! And I was the only person there at 11:45 AM, which made it quick and easy. 5/5

I usually go in here to mail out packages or buy stamps and it always goes super smoothly. Bruce is super friendly and patient!

Yes, it has odd hours (ask Google for hours before you come), and yes, sometimes long lines but it is the best place to get efficient and smiling customer service, kinda rare in the public offices these days. Bruce is the nicest guy; he is kind, takes his time and always has a good story to tell. If you're in a hurry don't come to our neighborhood PO, we walk there and love it!

I register a document. And still not arrived. I call them and they keep blaming each other office, no is them, no is them in LA. So I would never going back to that office.

I always go to this USPS location when I need to ship something! Postal worker Bruce is friendly, helpful, and makes the entire process so easy. I have shipped several packages this year for EBay and haven’t had a single issue

Only 1 staff working. The line is always long. Their lunch hour is 1pm - 2.30pm which is very inconvenient for people who stops during their lunch break

They are very under staffed. I'm paying for a po box I can never access. They put my packages in a different box then the keys never work and no one there or the line is so long its ridiculous
