I always go to this USPS location when I need to ship something! Postal worker Bruce is friendly, helpful, and makes the entire process so easy. I have shipped several packages this year for EBay and haven’t had a single issue

Only 1 staff working. The line is always long. Their lunch hour is 1pm - 2.30pm which is very inconvenient for people who stops during their lunch break

They are very under staffed. I'm paying for a po box I can never access. They put my packages in a different box then the keys never work and no one there or the line is so long its ridiculous

Only one customer service counter available, however, would like to recognize Bruce for his patience while working with a customer who was hearing impaired and had a complicated issue. The line continued to back up for 20 minutes (this was when they re-opened immediately after lunch) and he remained calm and patient until their concerns were resolved.When I got to the counter, he was able to recommend the cheapest way for me to send what I needed to!

I had a wonderful, warm interaction with the person behind the counter this morning.She was so helpful and kind! I admit I went in there sheepishly because I was sending a (light) package with a bunch of Forever stamps as postage, and wasn't sure that was acceptable. She assured me it was totally fine and even printed a receipt. Such good energy! And I was the only person there at 11:45 AM, which made it quick and easy. 5/5

Beware. If the person working sees a media mail package she will open it to "inspect it" she will treat you like a middle school bully. She is why the USPS is slowly dying. Overpaid children who've forgot to worry about customer service. We happily go ANYWHERE else for our USPS needs. This was the only location that I've ever had such experiences in the 7 years of sending boxed items in the USPS system. This employee needs severe customer service training.

While parking can be challenging and the line can get long, this is still one of my favorite locations. The employees are always polite, straightforward and honest, saving me time and money.

Walked in to mail something, waited in line for half hour. I was parked 20 feet away. It was on the minute of closing. I wanted to ship off a package and realized I forgot one in the car. Gal said to go get it. Walked out, and back in within the minute she told me that the store had closed and I was out of the building.I mean, I'm giving them 2 stars instead of one because it was hilarious.

Super friendly employee helped me mail a letter! She was quick with other customers so I didn’t actually have to wait long at all, unlike some other reviews say. It probably just depends on the day and time, and how complicated a customers problem is for wait time.

I arrive during posted hours and the service counter is closed so I bring my package to FedEx. I return a couple of weeks later with another package and the woman working at the counter seems to be enjoying treating me like a child with her condescending tone. What happened? The people here used to be so nice.
