Horrible customer service. Claimed they delivered my package and marked it as delivered and I never received it. I went and talked to them and a so called “supervisor “ spoke to me and said she will call the carrier and have him deliver it since it was a missed delivery and it sometimes happens. Well, I still did not receive the package that was supposed to be delivered so I went back today and the so called “supervisor “ claimed she never talked to the carrier and it was his weekend off. They have no idea where the package is. I’m not sure why postal service offices are in business if they can’t keep track of packages.

I happened to be in St. Paul and needed to mail a package. I typically go to another location in the suburbs. The employee that helped me was friendly, significantly nicer than at my typical location.

Convenient place to drop off packages, not really helpful with packaging.

The post office's operational hours conclude promptly at 4:55 pm, irrespective of any lingering customers awaiting services. In the event of such circumstances, patrons may encounter a discourteous response from a female clerk characterized by long, curly, grey hair. This clerk, in a notable gesture, often directs attention to a wall clock set six minutes ahead of the local community's cell phones, which maintain accurate timekeeping. It is advisable to seek alternative post office locations that extend service until 5:00 pm, especially when mailing packages.Furthermore, it is pertinent to note that this is a Union-affiliated position. A significant aspect of the operational dynamics involves a frequent absence of the clerk's coworker, who is absent more than half of the scheduled shifts due to known health-related concerns. Despite this foreseeable circumstance, the employer persistently neglects to adjust staffing levels, effectively leaving the clerk to perform the duties of two individuals on a daily basis. This deficiency in management foresight is particularly glaring given that such staffing shortages persist for approximately half of the calendar year.It is disheartening to observe management deflecting accountability onto the Union and failing to rectify the issue by adequately staffing the establishment. The absence of proactive measures to address staffing concerns reflects poorly on the management's competency and their approach to labor relations. While it is plausible that union members may require leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) due to personal or familial health concerns, it remains the responsibility of management to strategize effectively and mitigate the resultant strain on the remaining staff. In light of these circumstances, it is urged that patrons direct their dissatisfaction towards the management's handling of staffing levels, rather than towards the overburdened employee. Until such time as management acknowledges and rectifies the staffing deficiencies, it is advisable to seek postal services elsewhere, thereby alleviating undue pressure on the diligent but overextended employee.

No mail delivery for three days this week. According to mail carriers and supervisors, days are being bundled up. In actuality, USPS can't staff 6-day-per-week delivery. It's time to go to 5 days a week delivery--officially. We have outgoing letters sitting in the mailbox from three days ago. Mail not delivered yesterday even when listed on Informed Delivery for that day. Other similar missed days. And there is simply no excuse for it to take 7 days to deliver a mail piece from Minneapolis to St. Paul.

The lady at this post office forgets she works for the public and not the other way around. Always have a funky attitude and is disrespectful and unhelpful to people. Don’t go here if you expect good customer service.

Went by on 12/7 to find a package that kept getting sent back to the distribution center. The two men who were working when I came in couldn't of been more helpful and informative. Not only did they locate my package they gave me the info and spoke with the supervisor at the other location to hold it for me and I was able to pick it up. Had my package that was missing from Monday in my hands in about 20 minutes from coming to this location.

The staff on 4/29/22 at 2:00 pm named Mark with glasses was being very rude and showed signs of racism towards me. Each time I would ask a question, he would give me a hard time while when other customers would ask for help he would assist and take his time assisting them. I would never recommend this usps to anyone.
