I had such terrible service today. I understand there was two people working at this location at the time, but I was rushed out of line because I didn’t have the address written on the envelope which usually they’ll let me write the address on the envelope, but she kicked me out of line Because she said there’s only two of them here. I’ve never had to encounter this at all. I cannot believe what just happened today. I’m literally in my car having to go back in there and wait in line again. Oh, that’s not the best part. She had the nerve to tell me to go to a UPS just disrespectful. JULIE IS HER NAME AND I WILL NEVER COM HERE AGAIN.

My sister and I were visiting Saint Paul and decided to mail a souvenir of Minnesota postcard to each of her 3 grandchildren in Las Vegas because she never had sent them a postcard before. We mailed them from the box at the corner of Selby and Snelling on June 9. Two of the cards were delivered on separate days about a week later, and the third one never arrived as of today, July 1. Postage is expensive, especially when charging money for losing the item, and no way to get a refund or explanation as to what could have happened, where it could have happened, or if anyone cares. Edited July 9 the missing postcard was never delivered.

Had an important package get lost in the mail. Less than 10 minutes after going in and notifying them, the postal worker knocked on my door and made sure to hand deliver it to me. Still annoyed they misdelivered the package, but I can't argue with how fast they fixed the mistake.

I’ve lived all over the country and this by far the worst post office I’ve ever encountered. Every visit is a 20 minute wait because only 1 worker at counter who doesn’t want to do anything. The carriers are too lazy to deliver any mail (a 30lb bag of dog food was too heavy to deliver). I have a dog who needs special food so I have to order it.

I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star , the worker Julie that was working this afternoon @4pm was extremely rude. I nicely greeted her , asking to do an address change. Prior to me coming I already filled out the information online. When I got to the contour I was not greeted she was extremely rude off bat , she asked if I needed a pen I said yes kindly, she didn’t hand me the pen she threw it directly at me. After I’ve already sat in line for 20 minutes , I had to sit in line for another 20 minutes for no reason because I’ve already filled out the information online. Julie did not ask me if I’ve done that prior , she just assumed that I didn’t . After me standing in line for no reason , I went to another counter where the guy was extremely nice he explained everything to me. Julie eventually came up to that counter, she didn’t apologize, nor did she acknowledge her mistake that she made. For those who are thinking about coming here , I would encourage to avoid her. She’s extremely rude off bat, doesn’t and won’t acknowledge her mistakes. If anybody would love to know a description of her. She’s Caucasian, with short white grey hair.

Bunch of lazy workers that can’t do anything. Once again I’ve had a package sit there for 3 days that’s only 2 hours from me. Took 2 days to get there from Texas but sits in St. Paul for 3 plus days now. Complete JOKE something needs to be done about this location.

Shout out to Juan. He's my fave's postal employee in the whole state. Always smiling, courteous and respectful. I get the help I need and I get the courtesy of being cared for by someone who knows how to help me very well. Even with a former colleague who made things more difficult for postal customers, he shines a light on the fact that things need to get places and he brings a bit of sanity to a crazy environment. I think the building could use minor curb appeal updates like painting the metal fence, picking up trash and restriping the parking lot. A note for accessibility is that there is NO handicap door switch to access the retail space and service counter. This needs to be looked at since the post office is a public facility. There is a handicap switch to get in the building, but that doesn't help the person get to a retail window.

Not impressed. Says they open at 8:00am (online and physical door). Around 10 people waiting in the lobby and no one working. People walked through and no one could give us the courtesy to let us know what was going on. Super frustrating. After 20minutes of waiting I had to leave for work.

1) I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone to find out IF part of my mail is still being held after a 6 week trip. 2) The post office across the street from my home cannot tell me 3) they gave me the number 651-645-7301 which I called 5 times & it only endlessly rings during open hours. 4) The 800 number on Google insists I know THE DAY I REQUESTED THE HOLD and will not let me progress the automated system. 5) I do not have a car so I cannot easily run around to post offices looking to see who might have some of my mail. 6) I wrote a note to the mail carrier to see if they could tell me --- I'll update this *if* they respond in my mailbox. 7) When I returned, a large pile of mail was in a package box but it is unclear if that is everything & I seem to missing some mail from my financial institutions that I need. --
The postal worker across from my home told me to go in person to a post office 45mins, each way on public transit since I don't have a vehicle, from where I live. -- Could they at least be more clear about whether they delivered it, or if I *need* to make the trip over there?
