I think it is terrible customer service when people think it makes them more efficient to slam things, make loud noises, and talk in high, loud voices when processing your request. It doesn’t. It’s just rude and obnoxious.

The gentleman that helped me get a PO Box was so friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed, despite there being a wait line. The two people working the customer service line were very efficient.

Omg the the supervisor she is a black lady she is so horrible she has zero customer service my mail didn’t come to the my mail box i came for a help she said i should wait in the outside after an hour of standing up she come back with nothing

Someone working at this post office regularly has their scanner set to "delivery scan" instead of "acceptance scan". I run an online retail business and this causes chaos for me and my customers, having them think their order has been "Delivered" to a P.O. Box in St. Paul. It's now happened twice in one month, one time on 20 of my packages, and again today on 1 package. When it happens, my customers can't track their orders online anymore and have to rely on my word that it's on its way. How can this post office specifically cater to business owners when they have someone working there who doesn't know how to use their hand scanners properly? Really, really frustrating.Have otherwise had only positive interactions with the counter staff here but this continuous error is unacceptable.

My package said it was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 16 of this month. I'm still waiting. Is it just sitting in the truck? The post office? Was it delivered somewhere else? Or did someone steal it? One star for potentially withholding a package.

Total incompetence. Every time I go there, there is some glitch. One of the people does not know how to handle registered mail, another has a scale that does not work. Today, I was told that they cannot insure packages over $5,000 (which does not apply to registered mail) - but the employee had a completed registered form in hand, and was wrong. They can insure for up to $50,000 if registered. This after waiting first in line for 15 minutes. Never again. I will drive further to another PO.

They seem to have trouble mailing me bills, credit cards, and credit card statements. Each company has records of this location receiving my mail, but only delivering what they feel like.

I went to mail a small package today, only to discover that the USPS has changed their convenient chuted drop boxes to iron clad vaults, with one small slit only big enough for the tiniest letter. No packages allowed. Another genius move to alienate the patrons that fund them. Change them back!!

Employees are awesome. Super friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a wait which is fine - if you’re in a hurry, come earlier or on a weekday.

Terrible! Checked my tracking on the receipt and it made me pay an extra .35 to verify the address? I verified it when I dropped off my package to be delivered!

The in house staff are always very kind & sometimes pretty funny. But being a customer on the delivery route is cause for deducted a star for the following reasons; I've only been in this area for a few years & the postman in charge of this route has changed many times. Some have been great!!! But others terrible. My complaint lies with them. I'm hoping for a good one soon & that they stay. 12/22 Update the new route driver is sporadic does not care about mail or packages or following delivery instructions.

Every visit could vary but when I went right before the holidays the staff here was amazing. Super efficient, friendly, helpful, and they didn't mind at all that the place was packed with cold people trying to frantically to mail stuff before the holidays ended. Everyone here was great and they deserve to be commended for amazing service under pressure.

Workers can be nice or they can be rude and short. But I guess with the holidays it can be hectic. Stays pretty busy these days. Service is normally fast but slower around holidays and I hear they are under staffed. So Great job to the ones who keep our mail going.... I wanna thank you!
