If you need to issue a passport, walk-ins are allowed until noon. The office is always full, they might be under staff!

The staff are consistently closing 10-15 minutes early despite the sign saying they are open until 5pm. At this point just change the sign, it’s been happening more than 2 years.

It is the worst service I have ever received, the lady who is in charge of processing passports is such an unpleasant person, so racist and speaks so rudely to people, we were in line for 25 minutes, 15 minutes before our appointment and she did not want to serve us, she is too racist, hire people who like to work and who are happy, not bitter people like the American lady.

It’s an older facility, but have always had really helpful interactions and great customer service at this location!

Lines coming out the door and a very busy location with slow service. Sometimes they only have one person at the counter. Leaves a lot to be desired.

I quit going to this location. Several employees on numerous occasions were rude and provided horrible customer service. Filed a complaint which they never followed up on. I see why people are going digital.

Don’t try to call there because they give you options and they don’t even listen to what you’re saying and they put you on another option. I was just trying to get a question answered and I couldn’t get through. It’ll be easier to drive there and ask somebody.‼️

This post office is old, so. Times hard to drive into, and just does look that inviting, BUT it alway is filled with people and the staff here is efficient and effective.

Came here for passport services with all my preprinted document, and Jonathan just made the whole process very quick and easy. The photos, money order, and document mailing was just in and out. I appreciate the top notch customer service and for making our passport stress go away. Thank you!
