House is FULL OF MICE in the ceiling & walls! Huge rats in the basement too! You can really smell the family of mice living in the house! He hardly gets fridge and heater fix. Always makes the excuse of “out of town.” Ceiling and walls are wet and tearing. He has people cover them over with paints instead of fixing it or buying new wall. Barely any inspection done. Tons of cockroaches on the floor. Walls and needle falling out of place. Not livable and should be teared down! The city should inspect his house hard and deep!

They never answer their phone! I' ve been with this company for 3 years now and have yet to see a significant drop in my rates.
