Went in with questions about my bill. The guy wasn't helpful and snapped at me. I left without my questions answered and.almost in tears. We then asked another question about a recent plan change. All.we got was that they are sorry and can't be held accountable for what another store told us. Don't you all work for the same company!

I had a great experience at this Verizon store. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. We told them what we wanted and they helped us get it done right away. Great store and great staff.

Luck of Customer service , bad attitude and disrespect members of the staff

Went into the store and there were 3 people working with only one other customer in the store who was being helped. I had to enter the queue and wait. The other 2 people watched the 3rd person work. Don’t know if he was in training or what but still seemed ridiculous. After waiting for 15 minutes and loafing around the story, they couldn’t even help with my phone issues and instead tried to get me to get more expensive insurance so I could then put in a claim for a new phone. (In case you didn’t know, they get a kickback when they convince you to sign up for the $17 insurance plan. Then they reviewed my plan and all the lines on it and tried to get me to upgrade other lines. Worst customer service ever.
