If you want to end up with $300 in incorrect fees and spend an astronomical amount of time trying to get in touch with customer service to correct these fees, then go here.
Matthew “helped” my husband and I and caused us so much trouble. He was completely unprofessional and told customers about how he’s “California sober” on the job.
We came in for what should’ve been a simple service- adding a line to an existing account and upgrading a phone. Instead, we are dealing with $300 in one-time charges for EXISTING customers.
As a Verizon customer for over 20 years, I’ve never experienced so much trouble with this company. I’m disappointed and tired from being given the run-around.

Great experience!
Urvish was very helpfully and knowledgeable getting us set up with new devices and getting everything transferred flawlessly!
What used to be a long and frustrating process was easy and understandable.
High marks for Verizon!

I was told I had $1000 credit for a new phone by the sales person at this store. Three months later, I am still trying to get that credit, meanwhile paying for a new phone I didn't need.

I went in last week with an admittedly complicated ask (new plans, phones, lines and transferring numbers), and having previously spoken to a Verizon rep on the phone about my options. The person I spoke with first spent 20 minutes telling me why my understanding was wrong and what I couldn’t do, instead of helping to find a solution that met my needs. His temperament was arrogant, defensive, and, above all, completely uninterested in being helpful. Another employee was being super disrespectful to his customer, at one point saying “…so don’t come back later and tell me there’s a mistake on your bill.” I’m giving two stars because the third employee working that night was great. She was clear, knowledgeable, and kind. The next day I went to the store on W Lake, everyone there was awesome, and I left with new plans, new lines, new phones, and a lower monthly bill than we had before.
