We've done dental exams, tooth extractions, vaccine updates, routine annual physicals, and even a couple emergency appointments after my pug got sick. I am so thankful for the team. Animals are our family and they take their jobs super seriously.”

“There are genuinely no words for the absolutely wonderful service at Arcade Animal Hospital. Dr. Jane has been seeing our pets for years. Our dog Butch loved Dr. Jane as soon as he met her, and he did until he passed at almost 17. Our dog Valkyrie is nervous, but she still gives Dr. Jane more love than she does with most people.
We recently inherited our dog Thumper, and Dr. Jane was there for her the very same day she got a leg injury. Now my cat Bellatrix has recently been diagnosed with diabetes, and there is literally no way I would have been able to navigate this without Dr. Jane. Bellatrix needs twice-daily insulin and consistent glucose testing, and at the beginning of treatment she needs to be seen pretty often. Dr. Jane has not only cared for her so carefully, but has also researched cost-saving options for me. I’ve never once been judged for mistakes while learning how to manage Bellatrix’s care, and I’ve always been greatly encouraged for the effort I’ve put in.
I have never seen a vet offer such fair prices for their services either. I am so deeply grateful for Arcade Animal Hospital, and as long as they’re open, I would never trust my little babies with anyone else. 🐾”

“I moved out of the state a year ago but having recently had some negative vet experiences, the wonderful staff at Como Park popped into my head. This was my go to emergency vet for years. They saw my roommates and I through dog, cat, and lizard emergencies. The most notable experience was the night my dog, Rose, died in November 2018. She was 4 years old and collapsed in our kitchen with no warning. We rushed her to Como but I know now that it was too late. Even though there was a part of me that knew there was nothing that could be done, they took her from my arms and did everything they could, continuing CPR until the vet spoke to me and got my verbal permission to stop lifesaving measures. The staff was incredibly respectful and empathetic, allowing me time and space to mourn and not rushing me out the door. They handled her body and cremation with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially during times of stress.”

“I haven’t always had perfect experiences with Banfield, but today the tech/assistant (not sure of their title exactly) Sam absolutely blew it out of the park. They were so kind and empathetic and I really felt taken care of by them. This was one of the worst days of my life and the compassion they showed made SUCH a big difference. I hope I’ll be taken care of by Sam the next time I visit banfield. Dr Vavilin was also super kind and very thoroughly explained everything to me, even buying me some more time with my girl. “These vets, techs, receptionist, and staff all LOVE your animals. They show continued care and compassion at every visit we come to. I’ve take our two cats here for just over a year since moving to the area. Pricing is affordable and reasonable, they don’t push unnecessary products or labs, and they happily answer any and all questions my anxious cat mom brain comes up with. I’ve also been impressed by their willingness to help over the phone when we’ve had issues between annual exams. They were able to diagnose our cat with cat pink eye and get him antibiotic cream without the added stress of a vet visit for him. I also love that they provide calming blankets and lots of treats. They approach each animal calmly and our usually skittish Murphy has never fled of fear! Seriously cannot recommend enough. Thank you!”
