“The caring staff here really helped me get through a life threatening emergency for my 2 yo tabby. They got me in right away, immediately addressed my cat's pain with medication to keep him comfortable, and communicated clearly, frequently, and promptly. My kitty stayed the night with them, and they sent two text updates with pictures, called twice with updates, and encouraged me to call whenever I wanted. The vet was very clear about my cat's condition and walked me through all the possibilities going forward, giving me time and space to ask questions and explaining the options, and potential consequences, clearly. I am 100% certain my beloved pet would be dead without their life-saving care, and I cannot thank them enough for this.I hope I never need their services again, but they are saved in my phone as my preferred pet ER. My only other pet ER experience was really horrible, so they've changed my idea about what an animal hospital looks like.It's worth mentioning that they were very patient with me in applying for Care Credit, which I appreciate because not every animal hospital takes credit like that.”

When we returned to this area we came back to MN Vet. Hospital, (about 2018). We have been happy with the staff, taking our cat here. They are always courteous and friendly. If there are questions, they will return a call with the information we need. We just euthanized our cat and the staff was so very kind and caring. “I moved out of the state a year ago but having recently had some negative vet experiences, the wonderful staff at Como Park popped into my head. This was my go to emergency vet for years. They saw my roommates and I through dog, cat, and lizard emergencies. The most notable experience was the night my dog, Rose, died in November 2018. She was 4 years old and collapsed in our kitchen with no warning. We rushed her to Como but I know now that it was too late. Even though there was a part of me that knew there was nothing that could be done, they took her from my arms and did everything they could, continuing CPR until the vet spoke to me and got my verbal permission to stop lifesaving measures. The staff was incredibly respectful and empathetic, allowing me time and space to mourn and not rushing me out the door. They handled her body and cremation with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially during times of stress.”
