About Banfield Pet Hospital
Banfield Pet Hospital is a full-service veterinary clinic dedicated to the long-term health and wellness of pets. Their veterinarians work closely with pet owners to provide thorough care, including physical exams, lab work, dental cleanings, X-rays, and even surgery. Customers praise the clinic's Optimum Wellness Plans, which ensure ongoing preventive care throughout a pet's life. While the care was excellent in the past, some customers have experienced issues with the clinic's recent relocation, such as difficulty making appointments and a lack of continuity with veterinarians. However, many customers remain satisfied with the attentive and non-judgmental care their pets receive, as well as the ability to budget their pet's healthcare through the wellness plans. The staff is friendly, realistic, and genuinely care about the well-being of pets, as evidenced by the exceptional service provided by Dr. Townes during a difficult time.

Super grateful. Our pup woke up unable to walk and they got us in same day. I also loved that I never felt like they pushed unnecessary costs on us like our old vet.

In general, I like the clinic, but I do not like their new check-in procedure.
