I went there to buy a birthday card. They have a very good selection of cards so I bought the one I needed. I also ended up buying a couple of other items.

We went in at 7pm tonight to pick up my fiancés antibiotics that were supposes to be filled yesterday. They still did not have them today. You're better off at one of the surrounding walgreens pharmacies. This place is awful. They couldn't even call my fiance to let him know they didn't have his RX two dats in a row. The staff is generally unfriendly and rude. They won't look you in the eye and avoid even talking to you at the counter. When his rx was out of stock, they did not even say so, they just handed us a piece of paper and told us to call the surrounding walgreens to see if they had it in stock. They did not even offer to call and move the rx to an in stock store to make things easier on my fiance who needed antibiotics. Ridiculous.

Bad experience, waste of time. I went there the first time to ask how long it would be to get my prescriptions. Worker said estimated 40mins-1 hour. Okay, so I go home and wait. One hour and 10 mins pass by so I give them a call for an update. Lady that picked up said pharmacist is finishing up and I could come on over to pick up my prescriptions. So I drive there second time. Once I get there, worker said only 1 of my prescription is ready, and the other prescription is another estimated 1 hour wait. This has been an absolute waste of time. I’ll have to drive there for the third time. Pharmacists need to stop being lazy and slow, and workers don’t need to lie on the phone. This has been such a waste of time. Absolutely terrible.

I ordered a med and was told it would be available Wednesday. I arrived Thursday and they said it wasn’t available but would be on Friday. That means a dose would be missed, so I had to go to Walgreens Oakdale to get it on time.

So I had a COVID shot scheduled to and the pharmacy was closed. No email telling us they were going to be closed. Not the first time I have tried to get a shot here. Will not recommend the Walgreens to anybody that wants quality customer service. HORRIBLE

This location has "lost" (ignored) my automatic prescription refill request on more than one occasion, despite receiving both text and email confirmation that my request was being processed.
