Pharmacy is inefficient, inconsistent and lacks customer service, follow through, care and consideration. No one should have to go to the pharmacy 3 times over 24 hrs before they are finally able to get a prescription for severe pain. If something needed to be updated or noted, it needed to be brought up after the first visit. It is also not up to the patient to hunt down a pharmacy that has a highly controlled substance on hand, that is literally the job of the pharmacy. Maybe this location needs management that wants to do a job they can be proud of and actually help the patients and hire capable help and update inefficient procedures so short staffing isn't the excuse.

The pharmacy is ridiculous! They never answer the phone, every time I go to pick up my medication I literally have to wait a hour for my meds. Literally every time I go!! They don’t explain how to take your medication, they just give them to you and send you on your way!

Pharmacy did not pay close enough attention filling my prescription, long story short the end result was that the instructions were to take double the dose I was supposed to have taken.At best I would have gotten sick, and most likely result would have been being hospitalized.After trying to address it the first pharmacist did not seem to care at all, because it didn't happen to me it was okay that they messed up.I've been given the run around since trying to speak to someone in chargeThis is gross negligence and extremely dangerous to any of their customers .

Literally the worst Walgreens in the state. Over the last 3 days I have spent 3 hours on hold waiting for assistance to refill a medication that I’m running out of, and each time, Walgreens staff hung up on me after an hour long wait. Furthermore, my DOCTOR called this pharmacy and was also hung up on earlier today. I’ve now switched my prescriptions to a different pharmacy company entirely. This is so not okay. Walgreens’ mission statement is to “champion the health and well-being of every community in America” but y’all are failing hard at this location.

I made online order 1hr photo and went to the store to pick it up after 2 days. The black tall guy who works at photo on 1700 rice st Walgreens is very rude. Instead of helping customers he like to argue back and forth with customer and doesn’t have any clue about what customer service mean. I’ll never go to this store again. I’m not surprise that they have so much bad reviews.

Called to talk to the pharmacist and waited on hold for 2 hrs before going into the store to talk to them. Then was threatened by other patrons when I went to the side window to speak to the pharmacist about my medication.

Been going there for several year. I noticed lately my medication was missing. I should be getting 90 pills got home count and only got 30 pills for my 90 days supply. Call the pharmacy no answer. Went there got the rest of my pills no issues but no apologies or explanations. Fraud in the department? Should I call my health care coverage ?

I CANNOT BELIEVES IT! I WAITED ON THE LINE FOR 30 MINS AND SOMEONE ANSWERED AND SAID "PLEASE HOLD" WAITNG ANOTHER 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES JUST TO REFILL THE PRESCRIPTIONS. THE AUTOMATIC REFILLS IS USELESS! AFTER SAYING ALL THE RX NUMBERS, THE AUTOMATIC VOICES SAID LET ME CONNECT YOU TO PHARMACIST. WASTES OF TIMES!

I get everyone is short staffed, and pharmacies are closing. But I waited on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered to say “hold please” before being placed on hold AGAIN and forgotten about for another 10 minutes before the line dropped. That’s ridiculous. Corporate get more workers and pay them decently enough they wanna stay. It should not be this hard to get a freaking prescription filled.

Wish I read the reviews before I came here. Lady gave me an attitude and told me to wait 1 hour for my prescriptions even though they have it on their system.

Pharmacy is closed arbitrarily with no notice on website or phone tree, just a piece of paper inside the store. I've been without a prescription for 5 days now since I can't line my schedule up with theirs as it's seemingly changing on a day by day basis. On top of all of this, it took calling and requesting the prescription to be filled 3 times before they actually accepted it...They were also not open back up at 6. Pic related.

Short skinny Asian lady who is manager IS HORRIBLE. Came for an order pick up, she only gave us half of our items. When I brought it to her attention that we are missing half, instead of helping us solve the problem, she quickly said that’s not what her computer said and walked off. We didn’t get any help, have any of our questions answered, nothing. She claimed that that’s all the have left in the store and theres nothing else. Thank you to the tall guy for being so patient and showed us he cared. He came back with the rest of our order but she refused to honor it even though we HAVE OUR RECEIPT AS PROOF THAT WE ARE MISSING THOSE ITEMS. with This manager being disrespectful we will not be coming here again. We hope to get our money back!
