Worst Walgreens I’ve ever seen.

Would give 0 stars. Went to pharmacy and was told that they accidentally transferred the medication to a different location. Went to different location and showed us the address. When I went to the other location they let me know that this store made a mistake and they could see it was filled the day prior here. I returned to this Walgreens and asked and the customer service rep immediately got very defensive. She told me what to do but used some pharmacy lingo I was not familiar with. When I tried to ask for clarification she started to yell and which point another customer mentioned she needed to "take it easy". She continued to raise her voice so I ended up leaving without any clarification.

This walgreen is one of the worst walgreen Pharmcy I have ever been in to, they don’t update you with your medication compare to other Walgreens or CVS , they will never even update you that your prescription is ready for pick up and any time you all their phones are always on waiting and when it’s your turn finally they simply don’t answer this is ridiculous waste of time they don’t deserve patience business I would strongly encourage other people to either transfer or send your prescription to elsewhere I wish I could give them less than one star

I have seen mostly complaints about this location. And most are valid. But this location is still far better than most pharmacies right now. It seems everyone is understaffed but this place seems to be trying to work with what they got. They answer the phone. Might be on hold a little while, but it will get answered. And the person on the other end will likely try to help. And will consult with others when needed to make sure you get accurate information. Most of the time when they’ve given me a time frame the prescription is done much earlier and I’m notified by text. The lines at the drive through can be long depending on time of day, but they still move quicker than other pharmacy’s nearby. My only REAL complaint and reason for one star deduction is the cement step that controls the drive through line. I have tried and truly believe it is impossible to exit without running over the curb. You can avoid problems by going slow and I will gladly take it over the much worse problems that other nearby pharmacies have.

Brad or whatever his name is the pharmacist is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Slammed phone down walked away from drive through! Saw his boss outside who was very helpful met her inside took care of the issue! He was still taunting and being rude and when I said I was going to report his behavior to corporate office…he stated he could care less I’d just be one of many!!!! He needs to be fired immediately because it’s obvious he doesn’t like his position or servicing customers!!! Totally disappointed not acceptable behavior!!!!

The only pharmacy staff member with a hint of hustle is the niceguy pharmacist. It's almost as if they go out of their way to maximize Inefficiency. All except the guy pharmacist ...

It's unfortunate that 0 stars isn't an option. The store is always filthy and looks like it was recently looted. I used this pharmacy for several years simply because it was blocks from my home. Count on spending an insane amount of time waiting for your prescription despite ordering on the app. You'll likely spend 10+ minutes in the drive through or 30+ minutes standing in line at the always understaffed pharmacy desk. Bonus: the customer service is terrible.

Fantastic service from the pharmacist who was quick to answer my questions. I’ve had a lifelong condition that affects my tolerance to certain foods and beverages and the pharmacist was able to recommend an OTC product that helped with this.

I've gotten my scripts filled at various Walgreens for years and years, and I've never had such a hard time as I do at this location. One pharmacy tech will tell me one thing, then the next day a different tech will contradict that. I've had the app tell me something is in progress, then I get there and they say a refill request hasn't even been submitted? I can't count the number of times they've said I didn't have any meds ready, then after I'm insistent they'll disappear and oh wow magically they found it all of a sudden. If I try to call because the app isn't reliable and I need to know if my medications are ready, I'll be on hold for 15, 30, 45 minutes. I don't know if they need to hire more staff or what, but this is getting ridiculous.

Every time I call here for a refill on my prescription, I end up sitting on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. Today, it was 30 minutes, and there was only ONE caller ahead of me. It would be nice to have a callback option since they seem to always be understaffed. You can expect a similar wait time when picking up your prescription in the drive-thru.

I have never been more upset with a business. For reference I am pregnant and have had morning sickness for 15 weeks straight now and it's bad. I called them one hour before closing last night and asked that my refill be filled. Women was nice and said I could pick it up before 6pm. I told her it was okay I could wait until first thing in the morning but to please have it ready. She said absolutely it would be. I waited 15 minutes in the line only to hear it isn't ready and would be 30 minutes. This isn't the first bad experience I have had with this pharmacy this is just the first time speaking about it. Terrible don't send your prescription here.

First and foremost to the people who complain about wait times; this is something we could have prevented years ago if we treated the people we call "essential workers" with the kindness and respect they deserve. I blame absolutely no one for leaving their job after spending three years being screamed at, threatened, and harassed over things over which they have zero control. You want faster service? Complain to corporate. Tell them to pay their workers more. Let them know you care about the health and wellbeing of the people who give you your potentially lifesaving medication.Getting off of my soapbox, this Walgreens location is the best in the Twin Cities.Every single employee I have ever spoken to has been helpful, respectful, and truly doing their best in an extremely difficult situation.Twice now I have come in less than two minutes before the pharmacy closed needing an emergency supply of my medication. Rather than making me wait until the following day the pharmacists and employees very quickly took a moment to help me. Both times I left with what I needed. The Pharmacy staff in general has been so helpful when it comes to my medications, insurance, and communication with my doctor. They immediately fixed something on my profile that had been wrong for years making it a thousand times easier to get my prescription. The Pharmacy staff is always polite, accommodating, and patient with the customers who need extra care when they come in.The drive-thru for the most part is fast, efficient, and comes with the same excellent service as inside the store itself. I have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes in line.Dawn in the Pharmacy is amazing; special shout out to her dedication to her position even on the frustratingly busy days.Really, everyone working here is great. I have seen them deal with some of the most difficult people to walk through the doors regardless of what that person may need.Back on my soapbox to remind everyone who has never worked in customer service that there is so little the staff can control at their level. The people at this location are truly, genuinely doing their best with what they have. It's worth mentioning too that their job is to fill your medication when it is sent in by your doctor. Not to figure out your health insurance. Not to be abused because on your end you didn't have what you needed. Not to talk to your family member over the phone because you don't know what you're there for.Sign up for automatic texts or emails when your prescription is ready. They'll even call you if that is what you prefer. Not sure if your medication is ready to be picked up? Instead of hurling verbal abuse to the person behind the counter for having to wait in line for nothing CALL THE STORE AHEAD OF TIME. They will literally tell you everything you need to know regarding your prescription, cost, and when it can be picked up.I apologize for the long review but again the staff here is wonderful. If someone is having a bad day please put yourself in their shoes. Imagine spending 40 hours a week dealing with the most stressful individuals every single day. While I personally have had nothing but friendly, excellent service if there was a day you did not take a moment to remind yourself that everyone is a person. Everyone should be given the grace we give to so many others in the world.Be kind.

I’ve been going here for several months now and i thought they were just understaffed at first but this has been continuous. I have waited more than 30 mins every time I have gone here to pick up a prescription. It feels like there is no one working here and the people who do take forever. I’ve been with Walgreens like 16 years now and this is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. Definitely switching to the Roseville pharmacy in hopes I can spend less than an hour of my day sitting and waiting for meds that should take 10 mins to pick up.

This pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. 3 cars and over 25 minute wait. It’s constantly like this regardless if it’s busy or not. Leadership really need to support their staff and hire more people.

Prescription pick up. Eight car was in the drive-up. Parked and went inside. There were two in front of me. One person working the registers. After forty-five minutes, waiting, I was told one was not ready. I received a text telling me it was ready for pickup the day before.
