Ordered a prescription online around 10:30am. Got an email confirmation that it would be ready around 4pm, which i already thought was a little ridiculous, but waited. Show up at the store at 4 to pick up my prescription and they have absolutely nothing in their system ready for me. Not the first time I have had problems here and will never be back here or any other walgreens ever again!

We accidentally scheduled vaccines at the wrong location, the staff graciously worked us in despite being very busy. Everyone was courteous and helpful.

I placed a few photo orders earlier today for same day pickup. 2 of the orders were completed within the hour (Not the greatest job but it'll do). However, the photo book wasn't completed, so I called to inquire. Wendi says she can't guarantee the book will be completed today. Anways, I told her it's okay if she can't. I'll go somewhere else. Called her the second time to inquire and told her if she can't to just cancel the order as I needed it by tomorrow. She said she'll work on it and get to me before closing at 9pm. Close to 8pm she calls and said the order is ready. I went right away to pick it up. Came home excited. Open the book up and it was terrible. The staples are sticking out and there's glue on the pages. I called and complained and explained. She didn't want to hear it or resolve a simple issue. I asked for her supervisor. She said she is the manager of the store and just hung up.
She didn't even resolve the issue. A "refund" along with an "apology" would have been sufficient.
I called again, she didn't even bother answering this time, she just hung up. Mind you, I wasn't even rude. I told her exactly how the book looked like and that I wasn't happy with it.
The last time I got a photo book here, a nice young lady was working on it and it turned out great. I had so much hope in this location that I went back.
If you can't get something done, be honest. I understand. If you mess someone's order up, just apologized and do a refund. There's plenty of other locations.
They seem to just hire anyone for management now, that is, if she was truly a manager anyways. Smh
Btw, their 800# customer service complaint has better customer service than Wendi.

I am beyond frustrated with this pharmacy and have moved my sons prescription to a different pharmacy because of this
I have been 4 days in a row - Friday, Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) Wednesday and now today. I have tried to refill my son's prescription for Abilify multiple days in a row and each day I have been told to come back tommorrow. Now my son is out of a necessary medication and will have to go without it. This is also not the first time I've had to come back multiple times a refill and they have shorted me pills in the past leaving my son with only a 10 day supply when the bottle said 30 days. They corrected it at the time but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. On top of that, they have reduced thier pharmacy hours to an inconvenient 10am-6pm Monday-Friday which makes it very difficult to pick up prescriptions when commuting home from work. Staff are always friendly and try to be helpful but it's unfortunate they can't figure out how to get prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Hopefully the new pharmacy does a better job.

Was told by a middle aged African American woman employee to wait 15 minutes which turned into 30 minutes, while I patiently waited for those 30 minutes at least 10 customers after me, received their order and which at one point she(the worker) went into the back to eat food while I kept waiting patiently, after finally feeling like it’s been long enough I went to ask how much longer and as I’m in the middle of my question she cuts me off with the attitude of someone who’s annoyed when in reality I had the right to be more annoyed seeing as how she had my medicine the whole time but never called for me like how others were called when they had their medicine ready. You need to hire better employees to represent your company and your brand image because the way that she conducted herself made me think that everyone that you employ are degenerate, uncourteous, ill mannered people.

Your employees are incompetent! I went to send a package through your fed ex service, The employee there told me he did not know how to do that. He scanned my shipping lable and said it was good to go. I went home, called your store and asked if he put the table on my package, he said no, I can send an image to the store. Did not give an EMAIL or a store number so I went back to pick up my package to ship it myself.

Worst Walgreens on the planet and store for that matter. The lady that works at the register is rude, slow and incompetent. It takes her 10 minutes to ring up one person then if you need something behind the counter directly behind her she argues with you. I complained about the service after about 20 times of getting the same service. I called corporate and no response boycott Walgreens.

I don't know why but they are always slow at this location also rude ......I called ahead for my meds and still ended up waiting over 20 min looking at changing to a different location this seems to be the norm here

Avoid this pharmacy if you can. I have received the wrong prescription or the incorrect amount of a prescription medication multiple times. I have also been denied service at the normal check out until I provided my name and phone number, only for the cashier to later abuse my personal information and try to contact me for personal reasons.

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY. SERIOUSLY 1 OUT OF EVERY EMPLOYEE IN THE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT ARE NICE AND RESPECTFUL AND CARING. EVERYONE ELSE IS GOD AWFUL. CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE : Literally the worst pharmacy ever. And customer service is trash. Absolutely garbage. They told me because my doctor isn't covered by my insurance, the Rx the doc wrote isn't covered either, and after speaking to my insurance and the Dr office, not only did I find out my Doc was and is covered by my insurance, meaning the Rx eritren is covered to he wouldn't tell me how to get reimbursed thr hundreds of dollars I had to borrow for my MEDICALLY NEEDED prescription. And then hung up on me. Just awful.
