I waited about 8 1/2 hours to get my simple prescription filled. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this pharmacy. It’s time to find a new one.

This pharmacy is horrible. The only reason I come here is because my insurance changed when I took a new job is not in network with CVS. If you have the option, go to CVS. Or literally anywhere else. The employees at this location don’t care to do their job well, they don’t care about people coming in to get the medications they need, and are content to tell you any incorrect information as long as it gets you away from their counter. It definitely sucks feeling stuck going to a place that clearly has no desire to provide a positive experience.

The pharmacist was an asshole. Did not like my tone of voice but the way I am talking is because I am in tons of pain and am having trouble speaking/breathing normally because it hurts so bad. Would not answer my prescription questions till I put on a false air.

well too many entitle in this community destroyed this pharmacy. I heard that because of the overwhelm craziness that the pharmacy faced daily and threats made by crazy patients has lead to this pharmacy now no longer providing 24 hour service. which is good because service should only be provided with adequate staffing. about time for the entitle crazy people to find a new pharmacy and pay that prenium co pay to pharmacy that their insurance is not contract to. I heard walgreen is down scalling all their stores and closing stores right and left. sometime i feel sad for those who needs meds but there are those who will ruin it for everyone. one patient i saw was told to wait 5 minutes for her aspirin to be fill. she throw a fit that with out her aspirin in 1 minute she will die. i hope this store closes soon. deprive this community access to care and let them start driving. there is a reason why cvs denie service to many of these bad people and then costco only serving their members. they sure know how to eliminate serving crazies at CVS and Costco. go mail order people. unless you want to see the next wrestial mania at walgreen long line wait.

For a store that is supposed to be , and usually is, open 24 hours. It’s really messed up that you closed the doors tonight. Walgreens, Walmart, and cub, are the only places I can use my card. And Walgreens (specifically this one) is the only one that is open 24 hours.
I was trying to buy food… because I’m hungry… and now I can’t stop anywhere else 🙄

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. For a long time, they would never fill prescriptions unless you came inside and asked for them to be filled-even if they were sent over by ER doctors at United. I often had to come inside, ask for them to be filled, and then sit there and wait to make sure they were filling them. In the last year, I filled out online requests at CVS, and later at another pharmacy to transfer my meds. However, this pharmacy never processed those transfers. I have also had instances where my prescriptions were not filled correctly (wrong number of pills) and the techs kept telling me the wrong days in which my refills were available. About three weeks ago, a new lead pharmacist came on board and explained that she was hired to "turn the place around" because "the staff was not trained properly." I have had three experiences with this new pharmacist and all were horrible. She has horrible bedside manner and aggressively contorts her face and almost shouts at you when you ask simple questions or voice concerns. She appears to treat her staff kindly and it does seem that the logistics of filling prescriptions might be improving, however, no customer deserves to be treated in the way she treats people. Last night, my app showed that I had 4 refills left on a med, and I requested a refill. I went over to pick it up. Since there was no one in the drive through, I pulled right up to the window. The tech was kind enough and told me my refill was not available but I couldn't understand why (I also had a harder time understanding his accent because I have a hearing loss). He went to grab the lead pharmacist and it took several minutes. At that point, another car pulled up behind me. When the lead pharmacist came to the window, she aggressively stated "You need to come inside because I can't have you holding up the line." Once I got inside, she aggressively slammed a sheet of paper down on the counter and stated that "You already picked this prescription up." I explained that I had gone through my pill box at home and did not see those pills anywhere. She aggressively stated "I don't know what to tell you" but did offer to give me a 3 day supply so I can go back home and find them. I also let her know that with the last prescription I picked up (which was after she started), I was given twice as many pills as I was supposed to have. This was for prednisone so it is not a medicine you want to take too much of. I showed the pill case (with the pills in them) to my physical therapist and orthopedic doctor and both stated that I was given twice too many and not to take the extra pills. They also advised that I let the pharmacy know. I did just that and she stated "What do you want me to do about it- if you didn't take the extra pills then its no harm no foul." I tried to explain that there was a foul because my faith in this pharmacy was even more eroded so it makes it harder for me to take their words for things when it comes to whether a medicine was picked up or filled correctly. However, she cut me off and I never really got to explain myself. This pharmacist has terrible bedside manner and no one deserves to be treated this way. She may very well succeed in turning this place around logistically but you cannot speak to customers this way. I promptly came home and again attempted to transfer my prescriptions to Amazon pharmacy. Hopefully they will process my request this third attempt. I may need to talk to my doctors about calling new prescriptions in fresh to Amazon pharmacy. One thing I know is that I will never give any business to this place again.

They've filled my prescription with an entirely different med and then not been able to give me the correct medication for over a week. They’ve made it so I can’t use my rewards points when I was about to for no reason - hitting my wallet significantly. They don’t have enough staff at basically any given time.
My medication will only be filled at this store. So it’s my store indefinitely , but if I wouldn’t choose to stay here.
The nurse on staff that gave me my vaccine was wonderful, though. And the hours are convenient.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Go to literally anywhere else and save yourself the headache.

Waited 15 minutes for three people to find my prescription despite no other customers being there. Once they finally got it, there was no acknowledgment or reason for why it took them so long…

The worst pharmacy in the highland/mac area. Go literally anywhere else to avoid hour long lines for unfilled prescriptions.

Always understaffed, prescription filling extremely slow or incorrect. Walgreens now locks up half of their items so you need assistance. I feel bad for the employees.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY TO DELIVER! Write to corporate and tell them to route customers to a location that can fill a simple prescription in less than a 24 hours. Do not blame the local staff, Clearly , they are not empowered to do anything about it. WG is putting public health at risk by accepting RX they can't fill.

Every time I call the pharmacy, I wait a minimum of 30 minutes on the phone just to have a simple question answered. At times I have waited over an hour.
