The pharmacy does not enter the phone. Multiple times while on hold the phone would ring and I’d hear a clicking sound as if the phone was connected then put back on hold. They must be seriously understaffed, like every other Walgreens location. Better to get your prescription at a small business or a healthcare facility.

Manager tonight tried to lock the doors 10 mins before the store was closed, he was rude and told us that they lock the doors 10 mins early before closing. But yet the stores close at 10pm each night. So if your shopping here be mindful of this because he was A hole and was very unprofessional. Maybe Walgreens should change the time to closing at 9:50 pm then. Lol

All of the employees in this Walgreens are remarkable and so helpful. Today I went in looking for all the products I needed for a colonoscopy an employee named Sam stopped what she was doing and helped me pick out each thing from the list.
It is this sort of extreme helpfulness, kindness, and friendliness that keeps me coming back to this particular Walgreens.

Grace took such good care of me today in the pharmacy. She helped me with compassion and kindness on a day when I could hardly see thru my own tears. Give that girl a hug and a big raise. All of you at the pharmacy are so kind. You are very appreciated. God sends you angels when you need them the most and Grace was my angel today. Thank you!

The pharmacy at this location is an absolute disaster. They have messed up my prescriptions 4 times over the last 8 months, even gave me the wrong one one time. They are continuously out of stock on inhalers, and every time you go in there there’s 20 people in line but they aren’t opening more windows or anything, even though there’s several people in the pharmacy standing there.
They have also continued to sent me text notifications telling me my Rx is ready for pick up, for me to go there and find out nothing was actually filled. Or that it was in fact out of stock, but I was not even told this. I am getting fed up with constant insanity with this pharmacy.
The store part of the place is fine. There’s an older woman who works up at the regular store checkout (non pharmacy) part that is wonderful. The lady who works in the cosmetics area is fine. The people working the retail portion of this location are great. The pharmacy is run like no one is even qualified to be a pharmacist though. There is one pharmacist who is good, this might be the Bob guy others mentioned in reviews here? but everyone around him is bringing him and the entire pharmacy down with their unprofessionalism I’d say. This can be life or death for people, a pharmaceutical mistake. Please get it together.

Pressed the button to get service at the photo counter. The manager turned it off and requested help for me over the store intercom. Waited 3 minutes and he returned to help me himself. I was in need of a passport photo.
The angle was off so he suggested I sit while he took the picture. I grabbed a chair and positioned myself in front of the screen. He turned to a woman at the counter and asked if she was picking up photos. She replied yes, but told him to finish with me first. He waved his hand at me in a dismissive manner and walked away to search for her photos. I was taken back by his bold action to dismiss me.
I asked him if it is good customer service to walk away from one customer to help another. The woman he dropped me for responded, "yes, it isn't right what he did you you'". I asked him if he was the manager. He starting laughing and said 'yes, I am sorry I hurt your feelings". He continued to laugh a little harder (showing all his teeth). He was being dismissive in a more abrasive manner. I was amazed at his level of disregard for human decency.
Walgreens has to do better with it's management. You should NEVER laugh while giving an apology. We have all been there as managers. You have to maintain a professional attitude and try to do better the next time. I question the emotional intelligence of this manager because of his inability to remain professional.
I am very disappointed in the management of Walgreens.

The most wired pharmacist on my life for 1 years old daughter emergency medicine prescription by doctors I didn’t get yet the have 10 minute for lunch but the don’t want serve you this is not the first time after you wait several minutes later they say our store no this medicine you can find other store this is there answer.
