If you want your protein thawed/ruined, gallon jugs smashed in, and your yogurt to come without a lid then this Walmart delivery service is for you. I’m amazed at the ignorance and lack of attention.

It doesn't matter what I say here. Nothing will change.
Problem accessing payment methods, drivers leaving groceries at the front of the building and not at my door.
The person delivering isn't the name on the app.
Why don't you improve your inventory system? The app says it's out of stock, but I find it in the store.
I tip delivery drivers quite well but few are willing to bring to groceries to my apartment door.
I think it's time to take a break from Walmart.

I brought two apple gift cards from this Walmart when I went to redeem the cards they were already used I called Apple to have them trace where they were redeemed at they informed me that 30 mins after I left the store they were redeemed in Walmart I tried for two hours to contact management but got no response by telephone for two hours I even had someone pick up phone and hang it up this happened on Thursday March 13 2025 Apple said that they will back up.my story and show that someone in the electronic department is stealing from customers I will try tomorrow to reach management again it is really really ridiculous that you have employees stealing your customers hard earned money this shows a lack of venting of employees and the fact that I could not reach anyone a lack of concern for your customers I will press charges for this infraction and I am really really upset

Decent store. Wasn't ghetto and whole store wasn't locked up to prevent theft. A few much needed items were out of stock, hence the 4/5 stars.

The mechanics team was great the cashier Larry was a complete jerk arguing with other associates and being very rude on the phone he has no knowledge of automotive repair. My issue was a confirmed buldge on a front tire he tried to sell me an alignment that I didn't need. Then got very defensive when I said no

Crowded, small isles, so many things locked up it takes an extra half hour to grab one item. If you aren't good in crowded spaces where you can hardly move not the store.

Waited a minute for someone to come unlock the counter where pots are locked. After asking a couple of workers someone told me to go to the cashier by the cosmetics where I found two ladies . After interrupting the ladies conversation about unlocking the lock, lady let me know that I should walk back to electrics because that was closer to the pots because I guess she was in the middle of her conversation. I just left the whole cart if you are going to lock the merchandise, have someone that can unlock it you guys probably lose a lot of money due to the lack of service skills, lack of training and leadership.

I never had a problem picking up my online order until last night. I waited 20 minutes and no one came out with my order, I had to go inside to get my order. They are having staffing issues, the 2 employees that were dealing with the online order were covering in that department for the first time, I guess I will go to the Inver Grove location.
