Appliances are good and people are friendly but a DOA dryer took a while to repair and I’m multiple calls in trying to get money refunded from installation parts which were not needed and returned. It’s been over a month. Perhaps a 4 star when $ is refunded. The final refund came in! The first round didn’t include all of it. I’ve bumped this to 4 stars. Thx.

There service may be stellar at certain locations however the way they treat the young adults working in their warehouse is not as “advertised “ or doesn’t represent “family “ in any way!!! They outcast the kids mainly because they don’t speak up for themselves or they just don’t know any better. They provide food for their employees but eliminate them from part taking!! They invite other employees from other locations but tell the young adults they don’t have enough food for them as well!! They don’t let them drink the water from certain departments and say they are for family… what about the hungry family they overlook everyday. This is a form of modern slavery even prison inmates get 3 meals a day!! Make it make sense

Awesome delivery team - they even pointed out a small scratch and offered to put in an order to replace the panel, but honestly, it was in a place that we will never see. I just really appreciated having the option and knowing that Warners Stellian cares enough to train their people that well.

Don't be late making a delivery here! You will have to wait until they feel like unloading you. 9am appointment arrived 1022am. In door at 12 noon. Still waiting!
