Bob Cournoyer is the genuine real deal! He is very knowledgeable and helpful about getting a great bed and an honest deal. We made our first purchase with him back in 2013 (I still had the receipt; go, me!). He was cheerful and funny and made us feel like the most important customers he had. Fast forward to 2022 - the waterbed heater croaked - and it was like no time had passed. Same smile, same honest businessman and great customer service. Pro Tip: Call first! Bob is relocating the business, so you may need to determine his whereabouts before you spend your money.

We got a great deal on a bed here. The owner had been hurt but had his buddy minding the store who was a great guy. And a neighborhood east sider happened to be in the store and help us load up our bed. This is why we support East Side businesses!!

Bob is great and provides great customer service. Seems to be very honest man. Purchased King mattress about year ago and back to purchase a Queen for someone else. Has great mattresses at decent prices. Will definitely be back as long as he is open. Only con no delivery service.
