The staff is always respectful, helpful, friendly, super friendly, approachable, attentive, and kindly. They are willing to help with the door, with the machines, or with carrying laundry to vehicles. Everything works as it should. For those with no time, WaveMAX offers a fast and affordable Wash and Fold service where dropping off and picking up takes just minutes. Customers find it fantastic and highly recommend it.
Sarah is AMAZING very helpful, friendly and just all around pleasant!! I have not seen very much good customer service since Covid but she deserves a 10 not a 5 💓Also I was impressed with how clean the whole laundromat was including the washers and dryers!! Absolutely love this place
